Incredible shop! Was told to come here on my teachers recommendation….. definitely exceeded expectations! As a newbie I felt very awkward but the staff made me feel so comfortable. David and Hayden were just fantastic, answered all my questions, gave me solid advice and were super friendly. I won’t be going anywhere else in the future: a well deserved 5 stars! Thanks guys ☺

I think the guy who helped us was named David…he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on all the products available.
My son is a beginner and we had to get some supplies for his lessons at school and it was great to have all our questions answered.

These guys are awesome. You don't usually get customer service like this. My son is the drummer, and I've taken him in there a couple of times now. Nothing is too hard for these guys. So far I've mainly dealt with Dave and James (the store manager) and they are the nicest guys. These guys have a drum room out back where you can virtually take any piece of hardware in there to actually try it out, before you buy, that I'm not sure if any other drum store in Melbourne let's you do to that level.
I'm not sure if they're the cheapest around, but always happy to pay a little more for the service and support these guys offer.
We travel from Geelong to Northcote for this privilege, so it's not like it's around the corner for us.
They seem to support the majority of all the main brands as well.
I highly recommend a visit to these guys. I doubt you will be disappointed.
Keep up the great work guys, I'm sure we'll see you soon.

I could not be more grateful to Frank and the crew at Drumtek tonight - they are the most kind-hearted and professional crew of people I have ever come across in my whole life. Not only did they run an amazing performance and autograph session with Chad Smith, they also made sure every person there got what they wanted and there was not an ounce of stress in the air (for an event that definitely could be). They also handled the ticketing of the event so well after the site crashed. Frank is the nicest bloke I have ever met and it's clear that his employees love him! What an amazing crew and store!

World class staff and always such a good experience going in. James always helps me get a great snare sound. Can't recommend enough!

Can't speak highly enough of James and the crew at Drumtek. Always walk out of Drumtek feeling high. Great knowledge and support. I'm getting my drum kit tune up from James asap. The boys give great support and encourage my ideas. Currently got a Pearl Export Evans pinstripes along with Zildjian with K Custom Dark cymbal set. Snare sounds sharp, thanks to James tuning.

Always helpful and lovely every time I've been in the shop. Lessons are great, and the staff are always friendly and willing to stop and chat about anything drum-related. Would highly recommend drumtek to anyone who plays drums, beginner or otherwise.
