Kmart Keysborough

Last Saturday 06/01/2024, II sustained a nasty injury to my leg while shopping here,totally my fault.My lower leg was bleeding profusely and a lovely lady named Mai (customer) came to my aid. She provided first aid until 2 delightful and efficient Kmart staff took over. I cannot praise them highly enough, especially Lauren who was wonderful.
I think too often, individuals are quick to register a complaint but fail to celebrate excellent customer service. I

Great Kmart with excellent opening hours. I have always felt safe shopping here no matter the hour of day. There is separate entrance area when the rest of the shopping centre is closed. Polite and efficient service overall. Self service check outs work well. Stock is well maintained and shelves are always neat and tidy. Can get busy during the weekends.

This Kmart is a bit old and standard, but it's clean and has self-checkout. I didn't see many employees, but the ones I did see were friendly and helpful. The range of men's shoes is a bit small, but they have the basics.

Overall, this Kmart is a good place to go for a quick shop. The prices are reasonable, and the store is usually not too crowded.

Very convenient, always have some offers going on. Plenty parking available. Friendly and helpful staff. Gud place for kids as well.

It was ok pretty busy for the christmas rush of people wanting presents for Christmas day I bought a nice KitKat mug cake that comes with mug and a few ingredients for the cake it was only eight dollars great price for a great item

In this store you buys for less money clothing shoes,toys uniforms for the children end everything for the house.

The store was neat and tidy. The customer service was 5 stars and I thoroughly enjoyed my shopping experience there.

I shopped at Kmart today. I was unable to find what I was after. I asked one of the young attendants who was super helpful. She even helped another customer as She showed me where to find what I was looking. Thank you Jessica for your help today. She was working in the men’s section, i give this kmart a 5 ⭐ Best kmart in the area!!

Staff were really friendly and it's not too crowded, I've gone to this store multiple times and my experience has been great here, the shopping centre has a lot of parking space too, overall it's just great, I would highly recommend.

Multi Steam Cleaner that comes with many attachments for cleaning carpets and clothes. For under $100 it is well worth the money. I love it and love m 100% sure that you will too.

This Kmart gets 5 stars because its door staff are polite, friendly and considerate. You don't get made to feel like you are being interrogated when leaving the store.

The store is generally neat and tidy by Kmart standards and all items are usually stocked.

Staff are also helpful with queries and parking is ample.

Pretty much the same as every other Kmart. Make sure to buy with cash if you want an easy refund bc if you change your bank card, you wont be able to get a refund as they want the same card as you bought it on for no reason other to make refunds harder which does not comply with consumer laws of Australia.
Also, just FYI If you ever get a refund on your card, make sure to STICK IT IN, if you just wave it, you will wait days for your money back, stick it in to get the money straight away.

I was amazed by the friendly, supportive & kind gesture of the Customer service team member " NADINE " @ Kmart Parkmore ( Keysborough) on 9th June 2020. I was heavily pregnant & she tried her best to find the product I want. She deserves a promotion.

KMart is a terrific shop for a large selection of clothing, household items & gift choices. It is bright, well set out & easy to navigate.
The staff are generally friendly & helpful.

My experience at this particular Kmart was fantastic, it didn't take me long to locate the click and collect location at the rear entrance of the building. Clear signage on their main entrance directed me to the rear door, staff were prompt to attend to me and I was home in a flash.

Kmart is one of the first words of my boys😀! Affordable prices and almost everything is there. ANKO is everywhere in our house. Most of them are durable and we are extremely happy with the quality for the price we pay. Friendly helpful staff!

Always pleasantly surprised at how much variety is here for shopping of all kinds. Pretty clean also.
Its only 15 mins from me, I should come here more often!
