Sydney Tools Scoresby

First time I’d ever been here and I will definitely be coming back! Service was second to none. Calvin, Daniel and Dave all went above and beyond to help me select a tool drawer organizer with pegboard for my husband as a surprise! Surprise was customer service still exists with these guys. Highly recommend.

I got all of my shop's tools from them.
I think its the biggest branch in Melbourne area, as they have many tools and helpfull staff.
Adrain helped us a lot.
He was so patient and gave us a lot of information to choose the right tools as I was lost.
Didn't know what to buy.
Also we got a big discount from them which helped us to buy more tools.
I highly recommend them

My go to anytime I need new power tools. The staff here are have extensive knowledge and great customer service. Dave has always been a pleasure to deal with and help me with technical / troubleshooting advice. Highly recommend Dave and the team.

Finally took the plunge deciding to purchase an EGO steel deck lawn mower kit, I was happy to arrange a click and collect as I knew exactly what I was after ,I gave them a quick ring to check that they indeed did have one available, I spoke with Gagan at the Scoresby store who was very helpful, he physically went to check the stock, offered me a considerable discount on the advertised price and assured me he would have it at the front counter when I arrived,the transaction was easy and Gagan also brought the heavy large box out to my car and loaded it. Excellent service, thank you Gagan, I shall return when I require more items. Keep up the good work, oh yes the mower is everything that they promise, one happy Dude. Chris. 27 March 2024.

Have been shopping for tools here since they opened. Range is always growing, and the staff are amazing 2 in particular( will add names when i visit next).
These 2 always provide top service, a good laugh, and go that bit extra to make everything easier.
I used to shop at Bayswater, and their staff were horrible. They put me off the brand for a long time, but Scoresby has redeemed Sydney tools for me.

Excellent service by store manager William. William was patient, friendly and helpful during all our exchanges with him. He was even patient when I had several delays and challenges with what toolboxes I eventually got. Excellent range of stock also. All round, very happy with our experience and will be back.

This morning my partner Terence called the store wanting to purchase an oil breather. He spoke with Steve over the phone who assisted him. Consulting with Steve was an easy experience, he was attentive and his customer service was flawless. Unfortunately there weren't any new oil breathers to purchase. Within 20 minutes my partner received a phone call back from Steve who notified him that they had spare parts and offered him a second hand oil breather free of charge!

Once we arrived to the store to pick it up, we were greeted by Dayan at the registers who also had a friendly and helpful demeanour. He directed us to the back desk to pick up the part. He said if we couldn't get the help we needed there, to return back to him and he'd be sure to help us.

After picking up the part from the back desk we finished the rest of our purchase at the front desk where Dayan promptly put through our order. We also met Steve there who went above and beyond and offered us a biscuit as he was sharing them around with his coworkers. Wow! How kind!

My partner is extremely impressed with the high quality of service he received today at Sydney Tools Scoresby, and even I must admit, as someone who couldn't care less about tools, I had a really enjoyable experience accompanying him today!

Great range, very helpful and friendly staff

Great place to get your tools, usually with best promotion national wide; the Scoresby branch staff are friendly and helpful. Specially thanks to David who thinking from customer point of view, and always come up with reasonable solutions (Personal Tips: trying not to buy things through online order, their IT system, or warehouse flow seems very very slow recently, hopefully they will fix; just simply make a call to local store to check stock and place an order, you wouldn't disappoint)

Had the best experience with Oskar at the Scoresby store. He’s an absolute legend who quoted a large order throughout the week for me and price beat total tools. Went above and beyond all with a smile. Definitely ask for Oskar if your in store!

The staffs are helpful and patient. They are knowledgeable about the products. Tony explained and helped me figure out the best deal for a DeWalt table saw, and I earned quite some points (cash dollar) for other tools. Very good experience and thanks for the T-shirt!

Oscar did a really good job he found the unit I was after and got me a great deal. Been a long time total tools customer thinking of converting to the Darkside. Nice shop great stuff.

David (Sales) was excellent and assisted me with organising my new tool trolley kit on the spot over the phone. What I thought was turning into a horrible experience with a manufacturer DOA/returns policy was turned around immediately and seamlessly when Steve stepped in and took the time to understand my situation. They could have chosen to be hardline and stuck with policy (first use failure was 3 days outside 7 day DOA return) - instead they provided the kind of customer service that makes me write a rare review and give them a shout out. Thanks team, you'll keep my business - a quality outlet can't be measured just by easy transactions, they are better measured by how they handle problems. The team stepped up in my case and resolved it quickly - that’s customer service I think we can all appreciate.
