Bunnings Scoresby

Polite staff and what can I say.. I love bunnings.. so much to look at and buy..

Bunnings is always brilliant. Staff are great, selection of stock is great, I spend way too much money on stuff I don’t really need which is not great, smells great (don’t judge me, you like the smell too).

I've lost count of the number of times I've gone to Bunnings Scoresby, sometimes several times in the same day. One of the best things Bunnings ever did is release their mobile app which allows me to skip the queues and checkout on my phone. It's super easy to scan the barcodes. Their in-store cafe is actually really good too - great quality coffee and cakes (I can never say no to the carrot cake) and no fuss.

After resisting for years, I finally gave in to the $7 Bunnings straw hat last week and have to say it's the first hat I've worn on a hot day that not only gives a decent amount of shade, but actually lets the air move through to stop my head getting so hot and sweaty. I'm heading to Bunnings again today for my next project, a bench for my music studio.

Jim from the tool shed is an absolute legend. I enquired about getting a new starter fuse for my Ryobi battery powered lawn mower. They did not have any in stock as it is a special order, but was able to find a spare one for me so I could now my mum's lawn. Thank you Jim, you made my day and made my mum really happy. This is what good customer service looks like.

Last week, I visited the store multiple times and had a positive exercise. The staff, particularly those in the door and wood sections, were exceptionally friendly and helpful, with Lyla standing out in particular.

They are a great place to buy things. Competitive prices. Big range. Good customer service.

The young lady Joanna from Paint Department was so patient and professional, when the paint matching machine wasn’t working, she worked around and tint the paint for 8 times manually by herself. The result was amazing, there wasn’t even any mismatch of the colour on my old and new paint. It was perfect. Keep it up. You’re legend .

If I could give 6stars, I definitely would. Emma went above and beyond to find the product I was looking for. She was kind and friendly, an absolute legend and a star 💫 thanks for a good experience.

Best Bunnings I've ever been to. Friendly staff, good stock levels, healthy plants, easy parking even on a Saturday. Online special ordering is also a breeze, great communication and super fast delivery, even on a Sunday!

Always the "go to" place for all things DIY. Such a pity that you have to walk every area to find what you want. Why not have a search board to find what you want?

Jett who works there went above and beyond to help put a light fitting together for me as I couldn't put it together with my arthritis in my hands . Jett is an assett to bunnings company.

Well stocked, neat store and helpful/friendly staff. Can always count on Bunnings!

Shout out to Peter who this morning went above and beyond to find a solution for me as I was hunting for a particularly uncommon bolt. A bit of know-how and improvisation presented a solution when it would have been very easy to simply say, "We don't have that size."

It's Bunnings, the people are nice. If you don't know about Bunnings maybe take your head out of the sandpit that someone made by going to Bunnings.

I went to the Scoresby store the other day intending to put together an automatic irrigation system for my garden. I happen to speak to Will at the store and he was the absolute best in recommending the right combination of products that I might require. Not only that, he was very patient in explaining what will work for my specific situation. Thank you Will. 👍

I go to bunning often to buy a few odds and sods and tools. I have not until today needed to return a tool.
I had a faulty tool intermittently wouldn't turn on. I went in after it stopped working and well it started to work when I went to return it. Bunnings didn't care and were happy to exchange for similar tool of any brand.

I’ve been here twice in the last few weeks to get stuff for DIY home projects and both times I spoke to at least five staff who were so helpful, taking me to items on shelves and explaining all my options. I have been later at night when the store is quiet so lots of staff available and very willing to help!
