Just had a wonderful Shopping experience and great customer service from Kiki.K. I was shopping for a little gift for someone and a young staff member was quick to help me out when I needed a hand. Store was clean and organised and the music was inviting. They also wrapped the gift so perfectly!

The staff member there was friendly, patient and helpful with my enquiries. There were some issues with the birthday voucher I presented not loading on my phone initially but the staff member waited until I could login in my browser to resolve the issue so all went well in the end. I would highly recommend it.

One of my favourite places to buy stationery. It's very overpriced but great quality.

Beautiful store and stationary that makes even the toughest jobs enjoyable!

I liked the store but there were alot of scary 12 year olds. Apart from this, twas a joyous experience. I love my pens ☺

Very helpful staff members, dissapointed they do not do initiating at this store, as delivery took three weeks

Lovely little shop

Rating 2 stars as generally a really good store. But last night's experience was not so good. Given the christmas rush I was in store at a quiet time. Upon waiting to be served the attendant seemed frustrated once everything was processed generally staff ask if we are in the planner lovers program, this was not mentioned so we mentioned it and the attendant became even more frustrated. My friend was willing to purchase other items but placed them down and we walked out. I understand that Christmas period is very stressful for some staff member's but so is the experience for shoppers.

Went in to use my voucher and the girl behind the counter was on her phone the entire time and didn't even look up or speak to me, I was the only customer in the store. Ended up just walking out, lovely products but terrible service.

Absolutely disgusting level of service. Online order took a big delay and still not sure how long to get. Avoid spending $$$$. End of the day you won’t get any support or help from the shop or team.
With absolute shocking customer service you will be having a real difficulty getting your refund.
I would love to see how long this shop will survive in this rate Australian Market. Tried to get the items for my daughter and never again.
