Atkinson's Mitre 10

Popped into this store yesterday to grab some gardening supplies and was well worth it! The whole store is amazingly clean and tidy, you can see everything from one side to the other and is so well presented, an absolute joy to walk around in. The gardening section in particular is very neat, clean and so tidy and all the plants on display are healthy and look fabulous! I asked for assistance from Sylvia in the gardening section and she was so helpful and friendly! After I went through the checkout, Tom took the trolley for me to my car and unloaded my shopping - all with genuine courtesy. Yes, will certainly be back - this is a store with a difference and in my view, their customer service is fantastic!

Excellent hardware store - you'll find so much more here that you can't find in other hardware stores (eg bunnings). They put a lot of effort into the layout & presentation so it's easy to see what they have on offer. I needed some plumbing parts & the neat layout of the wealth of options made perusing the aisle a satisfying experiencing (& i actually got the parts I was after). The staff are helpful & seemingly knowledgeable too, but also happy to leave you alone to browse. A manager approached me when he noticed I'd taken a few photos (understandably - I always try to be respectful when snapping a few pics for Google maps) & queried what I was doing. From that interaction I can gather the competition from other stores (...Bunnings) is fierce. I love bunnings, but I love stores like this one just as much (& more so in many respects!) so be sure to support them because they're certainly worth investing in.

I like to thank the Atkinsons Mitre 10 from all the support that they have given to our Cadet unit. The have support T.S Marmion Navy Cadets the last two years as we are located at Hillarys Boat Harbour. It great to have a local hardware business like Atkinsons supporting us. The whole team is friendly and helpful. Big thanks to Ben helping us last minute, giving us two gazebos for our parade at the unit. Keep up the good work. Looking forward to your continued support of our unit.

We just ordered our kitchen, scullery and pantry from here. Tamerin was super helpful and guided us every step of the way! She was able to answer all of our questions (there we a lot) and everything came on time (actually earlier) and it looks great! Would defiantly recommend and use in the future. Having the same person from start to finish was invaluable.
This store is presented very well and stock a lot of higher end brands, it’s defiantly worth asking about special orders as there is so much they have access too.

We recently purchased a Barbeque from Mitre 10 @ the Hillary’s store & the service we received was over & beyond our expectations

The customer service manager Stuart Yabsley was so helpful in recommending a good product & once we had decided he even went to collect a trolley to help us pop it in the van after we purchased it.

I can’t tell you how much this helped us, as it was just my daughter & I & I have a heart condition - it was very heavy

The store manager was extremely helpful and was very patient, it was a delight to receive such good customer service 😁

Glad to still be able to pick up a weekend sausage sizzle on the way to the beach here after Bunnings closed down. The range here might not be as good but still has most of the stuff I need and they even stock a few brands the big green shed doesn’t. Staff are friendly and super helpful.

Very basic service no toilet webpage filters so great but you have to cancel to get out limited and overpriced

Amazingly clean, neat and cheap. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable. My daughter and I will only go there in future and not the warehouse a kilometer away from house. Well done!!

I had to return something today that I couldn't get to work. Ella at the front desk was fantastic and so helpful. It was not a problem. I have always had a great experience here but today was exceptional.

A fantastic clean, well cared for business that has all the goods and does'nt have people parading their dogs like that other hardware store, and actually have staff available to assist you !, Winner winner !

Was waiting for it to open, glad we have a hardware store close by, now we don't have to drive miles to get paint, garden needs, etc. Stopped in today for a look and came home with stuff. Staff very friendly and helpful.

We are so happy to have a local hardware store again....the range is good, covers everything I may need. Very well staffed as well, friendly and knowledgeable.

The staff are so friendly and even when they are busy they are apologetic for being busy. Everyone from the young kids at the counter to the friendly older staff around make it such a pleasant experience each time we walk in.
