Wonderful advice and super fast customer service! It’s so rare to experience customer service from retail staff who care about their product and their customer. Today, I experienced both. Evelyn was not only knowledgeable, she called me back when she said she would, allowed me to make an online order with my gift card and just made everything SO easy. She even text me with the tracking number when the parcel was mailed. WHAT A GAL! And what a great experience for me. Thank you Hyperluxe! ❤❤❤

I love going to this store the girls are super helpful. I'm awful at styling pieces and normally always feel really overwhelmed and leave stores feeling unhappy but not here the girls are always amazing at giving styling tips they show you heaps of different ways to wear things with a few keys pieces. I can't speak highly enough of the girls and the store.

As a new customer, I had an order issue so rang them and received amazing customer service. They personally sorted out the issue in minutes with no fuss which is very hard to find these days. I was really happy with the products when they arrived and will absolutely order from them again.

As someone with a love for fitness and fashion I was very excited about Jenny, Cassie and Maddie’s venture into active and lifestyle wear with their Hyperluxe store. The labels available and the clothing range has been amazing and I find it hard to control my purchases, but thank you Hyperluxe because I feel fantastic, whilst being active to wherever the day takes me! 

Was once a big fan of this store, however I received very poor customer service during most recent interaction regarding a pair of leggings. Only purchasing these in mid May they would have been worn 3 times maximum, and after pulling them up my finger natural finger nail went through and made a hole. I was told this was in fact not faulty and there was nothing they could do, nor would they escalate to Leelo. I find it surprisingly they believe this is no fault and have never had a nail go through any other brand of tights, even some that a years old.
I have since contacted Leelo directly who instantly provided a store credit for the faulty goods.
