Seed Heritage

This is a lovely Seed Heritage store in the T3 area of Sydney Airport Domestic Terminal. It's a well set out and smaller store that sells childrens clothing, shoes and accessories. Seed Heritage is one of my favorite smart casual labels - they make classical, modern, casual and stylish clothing, shoes and accessories for all ages and sizes and also for most occasions. I have shopped in here many times whilst waiting for a flight, the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Looks well stocked, but quiet. The shop assistance seems nice

Terrible customer service in this store.
Quote of the words from the sales assistant on the day we visited 22/11/23:
“Please take it off, it’s not hygienic.” When we tried the hair piece. - it’s understood if the store policy doesn’t allow things to be tried on but there are many other ways to say it other than like this which is offensive. We were already surprised and then she kept it on saying: “I wouldn’t want to buy anything people have tried, would you?” We felt so not welcome and the kids were disappointed. She continued and said: “ You need to understand that this is not a playground.” Wow! We did come in with three girls and excited to buy things but this is what we get? A company which sells kids clothing and accessories clearly doesn’t understand shopping with kids. The company really needs to review the quality of their sales staff.

Was looking at clothes and trying them on. Didnt get any help as staff was too busy talking to each other. It wasnt until i was ready to pay for my item they talked to me and said they could only accept cash as there was an update. Would have been better to be informed while i was browsing or when i walked in instead of wasting my time as being at an airport time is everything.

Great service but limited knowledge, evidently company staff training is not sufficient.
Small variety of products as it’s an airport store but $60 for a toddlers “life jacket” that is advertised on product not to save lives or has the Australia approval standards is an absolute rip off.
There are other stores selling approved life jacket for a 1/4 of the price. Consumers talk why retail businesses are closing, I hope this one does close.
