I tried on a pair of Short Suede UGG - OZN black boots (lined with sheepskin) and couldn't decide on the size. There was no pressure from the sales lady - she was very helpful and suggested I have a think about them. I walked out and after looking in another shop a few doors down, where the boots were over $100 more expensive and not as nice, I came back and bought them. They're Australian made and certified Aust A grade sheepskin. I love them - they are so warm and comfortable and I'm really impressed with the genuinely friendly service. I read some previous negative reviews and all I can say is that the lady who helped me couldn't have been nicer. Everything in the shop looked very good quality and she told me that they try to have as much Australian content as possible. I LOVED the ring tailed possum puppet and was very tempted, but as I don't know anyone with children, I REALLY regretfully decided not to buy it - I'd hate to be caught sitting at home playing with a glove puppet!!
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the quality of the products and the really nice women who work there. I came away, very happy with my purchase and feeling good about such a pleasant shopping experience.

Small structure issue surfaced in just over 3 months. Went to store… original retailer who I bought from was there.
I was treated with respect, my problem was immediately acknowledged and diagnosed.
I was offered instant replacement- receipt was easily scrutinized - and I am so thrilled and relieved.
I have just retired from 36 years in retail. This business ticks all the boxes of professionalism.
There is an old saying.. “a business shows its true colours when a client has a problem “.

A real gem. I highly recommend taking a look at this fantastic shop. It has an interesting assortment of gifts and apparel and great range of uggs. It was nice to see a lot of their products are Australian made and top quality. The shops presentation is fabulous and the service exceptional. I will definitely be back and recommend it as a go to place for that special gift.

Today I brought some amazing indigenous gifts for my family for christmas, the lady informed me that all royalties go back to the artists and their community. Which is extremely important to me as unfortunately some shops are selling fakes - shop here and support indigenous artist and shop assistants that truely care about the culture.

I found the staff very helpful and offered great ideas for family gifts. I know I was slow to make selection however never felt rushed or pushed in any way.

WORST EXPERIENCE! Bought a pair of UGGs from this shop (now questioning if they are legit UGG boots) and they broke within 30min of wearing them! When i presented for a replacement or refund they did not have my size and refused to refund. I was only offered a store credit (useless when they don't have the product you wanted).

I walked out defeated with a pair of UGGs I didn't want, and some coasters to make up the remainder of the credit they owed me, looking at the receipt upon leaving the second time i noticed it stated at the bottom "In the event of a fault, replacement or refund will be given."

I went back..... AGAIN. When i presented to the counter, i pointed out what the receipt said and asked why i was told credit is the only option? The lady at the counter said "That's what we are told to say." WHAT ???????????????????????????????????????????????
At this point I JUST wanted the UGGs, so i asked them to refund the coasters - at least i would get my 30bucks back and then i could leave. They made me sit down to wait because they had never done a refund before and didn't know how to do one. They had to call the boss!

Eventually they figured it out, and i scanned for a refund. But they refunded me the full amount, I was confused and said, "But i still wanted the UGGs?" Both ladies behind the counter said "Oh what??? You never said that!?" and huffed and puffed. SO RUDE!
I know for a fact I made that very clear.
I handed the other non-faulty, not first choice UGGs back, shook my head and said don't worry about it and walked out.

I walked up a few stores to KEYSOLE and got another cute pair, exactly what i wanted in my size. Easy peasy! The nice lady at KEYSOLE is about to get a good review, she was really helpful, polite and happy AND gave me 15 bucks off too!

And the UGGs at KEYSOLE look way more legitimate!! I don't think what Australian Lifestyle are selling are true UGG boots. Either way..... don't go there.

Picked up a pair of uggs and some aboriginal kicked the stand at me dunno why then the owner snatched the ugg boot out of my hand and she never contacted the police I was going to buy a pair of uggs but the way I got treated they are rude very!!! So I went to key sole and they were alot nicer and I brought a pair from key sole they have a better selection

Dodgy, Dodgy, Dodgy.

We specifically asked for an Australian made product & when we left the shop someone in another shop pointed out the hidden 'made in China' tag on the inside of the ugg boot.

We went to take them back & the shop owner refused to give us our money back saying she didn't hear us ask that. We were in the shop for a good 15 min going through lots of things with her & would have mentioned it multiple times as she pointed us away from some other products where the tags are visible.

So hard up for a sale they have to rip people off then lie when they get caught out.

Would never shop here ever!

Wish I'd read previous reviews before purchasing...No facility to try clothes on & sizes are SO small it's ridiculous!
Have to give 1 star but they don't deserve any rating.
Now I'm stuck with a t-shirt that doesn't fit which cost aud28.00 - too hard to complain to company as have to email. Only offered a store credit - I don't want to buy anything else there.
Go around the corner to Oz Australia, High St Mall Fremantle - Genuine Australia Made & cheaper!

They sell fake sheepskins. They look the part, but on close inspection you can see the separation between the synthetic 'fur' and the hide. Whether the hide is real remains to be seen, but probably synthetic.
Have taken it to Consumer Affairs.
Will update if this isn't taken down.

Disgusted with the service. The rudest woman (staff) ever. Don't shop there. And they're fake UGGs.
