ARB 4x4 Accessories Geraldton

A massive thanks to Alan, Mark and the team we are travelling to the east coast when the air bags had a failure both bags wouldn't hold air and with a big van hanging off the rear end it wasn't going to be good.
ARB was fully booked out but they bent over backwards to get me in and fix the issue even to the point someone was going to stay back to sort it out and that's what you call customer service.
Thanks again guys awesome job it's very much appreciated.

Awesome experience when I compare Geraldton ARB to other 4x4 store's I've purchased goods from.
Steve does exactly what he says he'll do. He has gone out of his way I feel to make sure my wife & I are educated in the use of items we've bought & the guys out back who fitted our ARB Deluxe Bullbar did a fantastic job, even after I inadvertently put the guys half an hour behind schedule by arriving late ( sorry guys ).
Look, it's got great staff in Steve & Neil & the staff at the rear.
Great job whoever the recruitment person is & hang on to these staff, their knowledge, friendliness & professionalism is hard to come by these days.

We were informed about replacement mirror as soon as it came in and it was fixed within in a day,thank you to ARB Geraldton and Darwin,you are all a credit to this company

Went in on spec to talk about sorting out the rear suspension on our Jeep. It needed attending to. Neil was fantastic in helping source air bags from Perth overnight, and liaising with Jeremy from Southside Mechanical to have them fitted so we could continue our journey northward. Really appreciated his generosity and help, as his workshop had a backlog of 4 weeks work. Marise and Keith.

I had a problem with my CB in my car. I am travelling from Qld., so I called in to ARB @ Geraldton. Brad came out to my car & had it working in no time at all. This with a smile as well. I just love my local ARB in Caloundra, QLD, now I love ARB in Geraldton.
