Wintersun Hotel

This hotel seems newly refurbished. Very clean and Felicity was great in assisting us through check in, explained everything and even prepping the welcome drinks. The only downside is that they gave only 1 soap bar... while there was 4 of us in the room. Also, no hairdryer. Need to request from reception.

The food were absolutely amazing. We ordered the scotch steak which were cooked to perfection. It has kids play area too where kids can enjoy. The staffs are very friendly, especially Maya. She took care of us throughout our dining experience. We will definitely visit again just because of Maya.

This is a great spot for kids! There’s an indoor playground and also a pool outside that the kids are welcome to swim in while you supervise. The staff are exceptional, always serving with a smile. One staff member really stood out though, her name is felicity. She made sure we were looked after the entire visit. Definitely recommend!

I recently visited the wintersun and was blown away by the top-notch customer service from Sonya. Sonya was not only friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and drinks. They created a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made my time there enjoyable. Sonya’s promptness in serving and her attentiveness to all customers, even during busy hours, was commendable. I'll definitely be returning for the great service and fantastic vibes!

Had such a lovely experience at the Wintersun! Food was brilliant and so was the service. Hannah was fantastic - really helpful and funny! Added bonus she gave me some great tips on what to do in Geraldton too! Will definitely be there again on my next trip through!

Last moment plan. But these guys are legend. Team is so well trained that they take your request on priority. Coles is 3 km from hotel. Amazing location. Try once. They are equally good like big brands.

Always enjoy going to the Wintersun. Have had plenty of family functions there staff and management are great... especially Maya, she's great with the kids and always goes out of her way to help. Keep up the good work.

Went to Wintersun with some friends and was amazed by their quality of food and service as well as their staff, specially Maya. Was very satisfied by her guest service and her positive attitude thanks to her. Will love to visit the place again

We went to wintersun for lunch it was delicious and hands down to this lovely lady who always have a smile on her face for her exceptional service. Thank you Maya we will definitely visit again .

The Wintersun Team is always amazing & the food is too, but Felicity is such a beautiful and welcoming young lady at the wintersun she is amazing best customer service ever!

Happy with service, food everything but would be good if house keeping had clean the room after we checked out. We went for breakfast when we came back every thing was gone. One of the good hotel we been to Western Australian.

We had a great time down at our local, such an awesome atmosphere. All the staff were lovely, especially Flick, such a great group at the Wintersun!
