I just wanted to say that your employee, Abby, was just so helpful and nice. She helped me with my Christmas shopping, made great recommendations and was just so kind. I was shocked to hear she wasn't a manager. Before helping me she was so busy running around the store doing everything. Clearly an amazing employee and a brilliant asset to your store. Had a really positive experience with Abby (apologies if misspelt) who helped me pick out a quality cookware set. Highly recommend :). She was knowledgable about the products, helped me pick the right stuff for my budget and best of all had an amazing sense of humour.
