Officeworks Canning Vale

Went to officeworks for a new iPhone charging cable, I asked Jesse one of the friendly staff members who directed me to the correct isle and assisted me with my purchase. Jesse was friendly and approachable and I can’t say enough good things about this store. Won’t go too any other officeworks now.

Excellent customer service! So glad to have an office works in the area and open till 9 pm! This location is super convenient. Thank you to whoever opened at this location.

While it's only been here for a few weeks at this point Officeworks offers all the things you'd want from an office superstore owned by one of the largest company's in Western Australia. Shame about the locals who haunt the store, but luckily nothing a wet and dry vacuum can't fix.

The staff member Angel is a very warm and welcoming person. She always shows a positive attitude and seems pretty friendly. It's great to see how dedicated she is towards the job :)

The young girl Cara working was great but definitely under the pressure. The older woman behind the photo counter was rude ignoring customers and giving no acknowledgement. It took 20 minutes to get served regarding a problem. Then another 15 with no idea what was going on and I wasn’t the only one. I just think Saturdays require more staff, and staff that at least acknowledge when another working is struggling. I’ve gone to this store 3 times and every time there always seems to be a problem with their printers regardless of day/time.
It’s been over an hour and still haven’t received the photos. This is ridiculous

Amy, from office works Canning Vale is the best!!! she should be promoted and given a raise. She was left alone and in the firing line while a so called manager walked away.

I will definitely be bringing this up to management and HQ and tell them how great a staff and such an asset you are to the company.

To anyone and everyone, please beware when you shop there, they will speak freely to you in front of your kids and don't expect an apology from the higher ups. She refuse to give me a name.

Lastly, Amy, keep up the good work. You are a star and hopefully management will be able to recognise this.
