I was looking for a Houghton replacement air conditioner for my caravan. Every other suppliers I called quoted me expensive freight up to Darwin. However, Pilgrims go extra miles for me and get a very reasonable quote for the freight. They also keep me posted on some delay pickup from the freight company, which is unusual for business nowadays. Highly recommend their service.

When I called asking about purchasing a product, they didn't have stock on hand. Aaron took my details to check on availability and got back to me in a couple of hours, could have one in shop the next day.
