Decathlon Tempe

I love this store. Excellent quality outdoor stuff for excellent prices. I buy all of my running clothes from here. Been to them all over Europe and they are always awesome. Clean bathrooms.

The Decathlon sporting goods store is that I haven't been there before. I saw it past many times when I'm heading to the city with the group. It was my first time going to a sporting store where there was equipment for gym for just for me because I mostly go with my friends. I played a bit of pong pong, which was nice only to be displayed for everyone to see. Did some archery with the group with some people whom I was good at doing it. They even have apparelled wear for sporty people as well. Enjoy the beautiful sunny day even though I saw planes flying through the airplabe terminal.

Andreas from the bike workshop is great guy! Very friendly and took his time to fix the problem. He was very professional and very tolerant! Keep up the great work buddy!

Our experience here was an absolute delight! The customer service was amazing and we were assisted by a lovely gentlemen named Henry. He really helped us out with the fishing gear and was very kind. Thank you Henry!

I visited decathlon Tempe to buy some kayaking and hiking gear where I met Mr. Akshat who has been very versatile helpful to us. Guided us through everything and made sure we felt comfortable and his suggestions helped us pick right products. Loved the visit must definitely meet him whenever you visit decathlon

This was our 2nd time going to this place that it might’ve been either our first or second time inside the store it's large and big, which is a nice place that we played a bit of table tennis and some archery which it was our first time trying it I did okay when I picked it up and gave it a go. So, anyway, nice place, and we saw some nice touchdown planes coming down the landing, which it was also nice we had a great time.

Sporting goods store with loads of stuff. Good for the kids that might be going through a sporting phase. Great to try and touch before buying. So many physical activities that you can be involved in, Decathlon will pretty much have something.

I bought a waterproof jacket at the Tempe store for my wife, but the arms were too long
On returning it, Camille ( a new store person from France) showed me all the jackets in the sailing section. She helped me choose a fabulous colour which fits my wife perfectly. Camille was knowledgeable about the products, engaging in her manner and is a credit to both Decathlon and 🇫🇷

I had an initial issue with being charged an incorrect amount. While initially they weren’t very helpful they did ultimately acknowledge the error and refund the difference, as well as giving me a voucher for the inconvenience.
Other than that, the store carries an impressive array of equipment and reasonable prices. I do recommend.

I'm writing this feedback to recognise Ron's great work to support me on my online purchase. Ron is from customer service and since my first contact, he has been going beyond to make us a good experience. His continuous communication and followup is exactly a customer wishes for. Hope Decathlon recognises his outstanding work and keeps such a supportive culture within customer service.

Best shopping experience ever. Most items are free for testing and heaps of friendly staff around to ask questions. Trading hours are great with late night shopping till 11pm. There is test areas for kids bikes and scooters, ball sports and lots more. Outside the store is a free to use trampoline and basketball court. Lots of parking on site and 365 return policy!

This place is amazing! So much equipment and clothing for so many sports! There's even equestrian things here! Great prices and great quality. I've become a bit addicted here but I keep coming back. Great space and they let you try the equipment such as bikes, balls, tennis, scooters. During certain times there's heaps of kids here so if you don't like a busy environment then go during when school on. Stock does fly off the shelves and sometimes it's a bit low. The website is really good and it's good to check that your item is in stock before going. Staff are friendly and things are kept tidy.

Really thankful to the staff at Decathlon Tempe. When I visited the store on 01/01/2024 to shop for a surf board, I discovered I was bitten by a leech (I went to bush walking earlier). The wound was bleeding. Staff named Daniel was so kind and helpful. He treated the wound for me and provided band-aid and ice pack, although the injury occurred elsewhere. It was most helpful, as most of the GP or pharmacy was closed on the day. Thanks Daniel, I will definitely share my story.

I came looking for a snorkel for a gift but it was sold out and Akshat gave us a discount on a better option. Couldn’t ask for a better service!!! GIVE HIM A RISE HE’S THE BESTTT!!!

I first discovered Decathlon in Europe abs super excited to see a store in Australia. It’s like the Ikea of sporting and outdoor goods. It pretty much has everything you need all under the one roof. Lots of camping options as well as items for fun hobby sports. Prepare to spend some time here - there is a lot of browse.

Staff is friendly and efficient and social distancing guidelines in place.

We want buy some rain boots, one young man help us check size. Ash help me solve the online order and pick up at store, he really in patience and friendly. This Decathlon also has big parking areas.

Great shop – one of the first fully RFID (Radio-frequency identification) retail outlets in sydney – great prices for reasonable quality clothing and sporting items. When you check out – just place your items in the checkout cart, it automatically reads each items unique RFID number, once paid it deactivates the anti-theft and you can walk out – almost as good as the new amazon stores
