Lily's Artisan

I was lucky to grab a jar of their queen garnet plum jam at the Toowoomba Saturday markets which was incredible.

Have been able to make it in store and try their pastries, of which the pear frangipane tart is easily the best frangipane tarts I’ve had, with one of the best textured short crust pastries I’ve had the delight of eating.

All in all a huge fan and can’t wait to bring friends along to share more pastries.

Honestly one of the best foodie places in Toowoomba and highlands hamlets. If coming from Toowoomba to not bother stopping at those rubbish places at highfields, keep driving and come to Lillys where they really care about food and the coffee made for you. Lily's will exceed your expectations even if you have your bar set very high. Well done Heidi and the team it's a special treat to know such a wonderful place exists. You knocked our socks off will your quality products. Thankyou!

Delicious! Felt like we were in a Cafe in a french country village. Not only did we thoroughly enjoy our french almond and chocolate croissant, but the coffee too was a great brew!
Purchased Rhubarb and plum jam... it's the real deal (!), like our European grandparents used to make... not comparable to the supermarket junk you get these days! Also bought poached pears in the glass ob my God... to die for! Thank you for the great, friendly service that came with a big smile and some great conversation. I have shared our experience with you, with my friends (!), aswell as the Jam and Pears... Guess what, they are coming for you ;) Personally and online! Keep up the great work... can't wait for another visit, hopefully very soon!

We have just wandered in to Lily's Artisan by chance...oh my..how lovely is their produce! We ate home made sausage rolls with relish...the best we have ever eaten. Followed by blueberry tart. Coffee was lovely. We discovered the lovely little courtyard which has been created next to the shop. Really glad we stopped by. Also bought some of the homemade produce...fresh pasta and sourdough bread. We will definitely come again. Highly recommended!

Definitely worth the drive to Crows Nest for the amazing food at Lily’s Artisan! The best pastries, made by their own French Pâtissier, the best sourdough I’ve ever had - again made on site. I love that they use fresh, local produce and no preservatives!

My best friend and I stopped by Saturday morning on our way through Crows Nest, and were assisted by the most absolutely delightful young lady while we were there. She and the rest of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful (and funny!); and gave us a memorable start to our road trip. The pastries were absolutely mindblowing, and had us planning reasons to come back before we'd even left the premises.

The best danish I remember eating, a beautiful and clean store, and top tier service. Whoever is running the place deserves more than one pat on the back. I could not recommend making a trip to Crows Nest just to go here. Spectacular.

This place is going strength to strength always new ideas and enthusiasm to local produce and shop grown some ingredients items. They got the chutneys, jams, marmalade, sauce, pies, sausage rolls, pastry, sourdough bread, and much more.
Pate and Red white jus selections are improving.

Just dropped in to lily's after being recommended by the local hardware shop. Good coffee, but the pork and fennel sausage roll with their homemade tomato sauce (more of a tomato relish) was one of the best I've ever had!

I went in on Wednesday and a young girl named Jess served me a coffee and a raspberry tart it was absolutely delicious Jess was very kind and had a great understanding of all the desserts and was very helpful, the cappuccino I got was just perfect, the store was nicely set up with a nice seating area. Best costumer experience ever!!!

Such a great experience in this store. Amazing jams, sauces and Granola to say nothing about the heavenly baked goods. Well worth the trip to Crows Nest.

Called into Lily's for the first time yesterday. It certainly won't be our last visit! Food was amazing, particularly the Raspberry Vanilla tart. So delicious. Service from Jodi was impressive. Made me the best Chai Latte I have ever had. Jodi even took the time to explain about the different types of bread and the in-house made preserves. Thanks Jodi. We will be back.

Beautiful shop. Lovely friendly staff. Bruce was kind enough to explain all the lovely pastries on display and where all the produce is sourced from to make all the delicious jams and chutneys on display. Highly recommend- can’t wait to come back with friends and family

I picked up a "pain de mie" loaf yesterday from Lily's and it's absolutely delicious. Slightly toasted then dipped in a bath of virgin olive oil with a splash of balsamic and a cab sav over a game of backgammon. And it only got better from there with a croque madam for breakfast. Yum!

Driving through and was recommended to stop here.
Got sausage roll = pork. Filling had amazing flavour. Flaky pastry. Not too greasy. The relish was perfect.
Also got coffee, good flavour, strong and hot.
Bread pretty and tasty.
Got selection of jams and relishes which are a bit different which will make great Xmas gifts.
Next time will stop and taste the sweet stuff.

Sublime store with the BEST baked goods and preserves. Purchased a loaf of sourdough & a jar of pickles which transported a ploughman's lunch into sublime heights.Best sourdough ever!
The pastries made by French patissier Quentin Sere look delicious.
The products, jams, preserves, pasta sauce, pasta made from locally sourced ingredients are quality - the rhubarb and ginger jam perfectly balanced - not too sweet.
Service is welcoming, warm, friendly and informative. The only drawbacks - the Pechey gin yuzu marmalade was sold out and I'm not a local. Do yourself a favour and visit!

While visiting Crows Nest we were lucky to visit Lily’s Artisan, what a delight and how lucky is Crows Nest themselves to have a quality food shop. We bought a pie, several cakes and a fruit loaf what a treat. Next time we are in or near Crows Nest we will be back. Great coffee also. 5 Stars.
