Great staff and products. Everything from gym equipment to electric scooters. Product's are predominantly higher quality, so they do cost more, but definitely worth the extra.

Was served busy a young lady I think her name was CJ she was amazing asked for assistance from fellow team to help with a difficult grumpy old man who was quiet abusive. She handled herself well... customers aren't always right....

Great customer service in the shoe department. They didn’t have the size we needed for a ladies shoe, but offered an alternative men’s and child’s size in a similar style. Offered to order in but we needed within the week. Unfortunately didn’t make a purchase (sizing just wasn’t quite right and we were after a particular shoe) but would definitely recommend and will be back again!

Scott is an absolute champ. Was just in browsing the shoes and he was super chill and offered helpful advice. Sent him out the back for sizes about 3 times and didn't feel like I was bothering him at all. Even though I wasn't ready to pull the trigger on a purchase he was totally cool and I didn't feel pressured to make a purchase. Really appreciate going into a store and having staff like Scott help out.

Went in there to find a couple of items and a bloke by the name of Bradley didn’t hesitate to assist me in finding the products. He was very quick, efficient, and ensured all my needs were met. Great salesman and top customer service, i’ll definitely be buying from here again in the future.

Very helpful staff that were only too happy to sort you out with exactly what you came in to get. As someone with a pretty big shoe size (15), I was amazed that they kept stock on hand in sizes that large.

Went into get netball shoes and it was very busy. However, staff was quick to acknowledge me and provide service once they finished with the customer before me. Great service and happy with the products.

We recently purchased a sports watch from this store.. Overwhelmed with the choice and wanting to purchase the right watch for my mum we were served by Kris and Nicole...
