Loved my Kmart trip, I was looking for a specific item and a blonde staff member with a scrunchie, Tessa, dug through the plushies to help me find it! Customer service was amazing, the staff there were very helpful. 5/5

Always a large selection of merchandise

The store is clean, staff are polite. The lollies here are as cheap as you can get. Great for anyone who is organising a party for kids. Only downside is the check-out is in the middle of the shop which means they have to check your bag every time, though I understand why. Overall a nice place.

Lowest prices on clothing, great selection. Everything is highly stocked and all of the Store People seem to be always busy restocking things! The self-service checkouts work without flaw and the regular service when leaving is fantastic too. Very quick and polite! Whomever the manager is deserves a raise!

This place is always busy but they have good items especially for women.

We found the staff extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They went out of their way to help us with an odd request so close to closing time. We bought 100 plates, all sold separately, and they carefully wrapped and packed them into boxes for us (after first finding enough plates and boxes), as well as had them delivered down to the carpark. Can't be happier with the service!

Not cheap but it is inexpensive and value for quality goods. Service is always efficient yet friendly. Even better now Afterpay is available in store. Five stars. Thanks.

Love Kmart. Staff are friendly and helpful. Don't get upset or rude when you interrupt their task to ask for help or ask a question. They offered help when I had several large bulky things in the trolley. Stock is cheap and has a decent variety. Love Kmart

i used afterpay for the first time and had no clue wat i was doing and i couldnt get it to work....the young man on self serve went out of his way to help me and sort it out....excellent customer service!!

Clean, well laid out with friendly staff. Better for cheaper clothing, kitchen things and general household goods as things like tech are limited compared with speciality places.

It's always good to shop here. Great availability of quality products with reasonable price.

Good range of stock. . People line up to wait for doors to open. That tells a story. Staff having to close customers out to let staff in front doors. Should open earlier.

Kmart pretty much has everything. While the stationery and crafts sections are a little incomplete, and the new layout of the store is a bit funky (with the checkout in the centre, pshh) Kmart is seriously a great place to go shopping on a budget: affordable snacks, cooking utensils, fashion, books, birthday cards, you name it: it's there. Kudos, Kmart.👍✨

I have been served by the most amazing lady working the checkout at KMart north rockhampton this morning i am not sure if i have spelt her name right but when i rang to forward my compliments they mentioned her name was Leisal.....this lady is an asset to your store as is the lady who greeted me at the front of store.....amazing staff .
