Lake Moogerah Cafè

Amazing place, wonderful staff, and great good. Coffee is excellent, coffee snob certified by yours truly! We had the burger and some fish and chips, and it was a good meal after a long drive there.

The very quirky Lake Moogerah Cafe is a family owned and Top Gun accented brekkie and lunch venue servicing one side of the picturesque Lake Moogerah. Very cozy inside, with a corner for goodies made by local artisans. Great music as well, and intimate enough for some good conversations with friends.

It also offers wonderful outdoors seating. Plants abound and everything is loved and well maintained. There are even boardgames for folks on the dopamine diet!

Overall an amazing place to relax and have a lovely chat. While it is the only place out there, the folks who run it certainly have not tested on their laurels. Will definitely come back.

Lovely outdoor eating area and great food. The Edward hamburger was beyond my expectations, and extra fried pineapple elevates the entire dish!

One of the hidden gems in the scenic rim, great atmosphere and service, good food. Dia's Pecan pie is so perfectly delicious, using traditional Canadian recipe and it is made with gluten free pastry, coffee is best too. The service is genuinely friendly and I heard great laughter from the staff, they must enjoy working there. Whoever is the owner they done well in creating such a positive atmosphere for staff and customers. The greenery and quirky vintage tables and umbrellas are a nice touch creating a wonderful vibe and spectacular views of lake is cherry on top. Worth a detour!

Came here for lunch after hiking Mt Edwards. I loved the relaxing setting of the cafe and the food was delicious. It was the perfect spot to relax after the hike. The food came out fast and the service was amazing.

I highly recommend the steak sandwich and the fish and chips is a hot second.

Sometimes when I review 5 stars, it's just to say thanks and that I enjoyed my time there. But this place really is a hidden gem. Great menu, very reasonable prices, great location, great atmosphere.
Would come again.

Absolutely love this place. It has a great location. It also has a large outdoor dining area with a peaceful relaxed atmosphere. We thought the food was outstanding. The service was friendly and prompt. The whole place was well appointed and looked after. We will certainly come here again and can recommend it.

Lake Moogerah Cafe is gorgeous Cafe with a great selection of food and drinks. The views and the laid back relaxing atmosphere make this a great place to stay a while. There's also boardgames for kids and adults.
The staff are friendly and the premises is spotless.

Lake Moogerah Café is a very welcoming space with indoor and undercover outdoor seating and well behaved pooches are welcome. Each time we have been there the service is fantastic, the coffee is great and the food is delicious and fresh. It is a relaxing spot to stop in at and highly recommended.

A very relaxed cafe by the famous lake Moogerah. They serve great hospitality and are the amiable staff—a good spot for a family picnic. There is a playground with plenty of space for the children to run around.

Wow! Under the new owners, this little hidden gem is not to be missed. I had a lovely lunch with my wife and was so impressed, returned a few days later on a motorcycle ride for breakfast. Both times the food was great along with the service and coffee.
Make sure you don't pass this place by.

I am blown away by the customer service here! As soon as we walked in, the staff were so welcoming and friendly. Even our children were saying that the man who was serving them was so lovely!!!! The food was exceptional and I just cannot express how lucky we are to have come across this cafe - best people, atmosphere and food!!! Thank you Moogerah Cafe and know that your bubbly personalities make the place so much more special! We will definitely be back ♥♥♥

I was very surprised by this cafe, in a good way. Good coffee, good food, serving is generous and friendly staff. The location is by the lake and picnic/bbq area. Very serene. After a hike up Mt Edwards, it was the perfect way to reward our efforts with a meal from here.

A very tranquil spot, well worth the drive. The Cafe is quirky but very comfortable, great food and coffee.
