Kinetic's lovely team totally transformed our desolate front yard into this thriving garden. Not a simple thing to achieve for beach side properties. Upkeep is so easy now. Should have done it 10 years ago. Absolutely recommend.

I couldnt be more happier with the work that Bel, Jeremiah and their team did on my house.
They converted my backyard and Front yard to a beautiful area and low maintenance, which I had asked for. They diligently worked for 3 weeks, bringing the place to life.
Even working away and not being home everyday, they still showed up and progressed with the work.

I’m so glad we chose Kinetic Landscaping to landscape the front of our new build in Yanchep. Jeremiah, Bel and their team transformed a sloping sand pit into the best frontage on our street. It was a big job and we had a few challenges along the way due to soak wells and service lines not being where the plans said they were going to be but Jera provided us with options for how to overcome it and the end result was better than we had originally planned. The Kinetic team installed a retaining wall with terraced garden beds and completed the job with a zoned retic system, lawn installation, soil improver, planting, stone laying, bird bath installation and paving a space for our bins, finished off with a one of a kind Kinetic letterbox. Bel took time to go through my vision with me in detail and then the team executed it to look even better than we could have imagined. Jera is an expert of his trade and it showed in everything he suggested and executed on. The team are friendly and considerate, they did a fantastic job tidying up each day and are always happy to have a chat and explain to you the details. If you’re looking for landscaping, look no further than Kinetic, you won’t be disappointed.

When we bought our retirement house on a one acre block in Gingin, we knew that there would be a lot of work ahead of us as the grounds had never been developed and were overgrown with weeds.
We called Kinetic Landscaping and Jera and Bel came out for a look and we threw a few ideas around.
As each section took shape and the job evolved Bel and Jera showed great patience and respect as we were constantly upgrading our ideas always adding their touch of professionalism and keeping us constantly in the loop.

They have transformed what was a sloping block of sand into a lovely terraced grassed garden with walls and fences irrigated from our bore, and all at a moderate cost. They are full of ideas and extremely hard working, with good knowledge of reticulation, plants, wall and fence building and with all the right equipment. We just moved into our new build at Eden Beach and weren’t keen on living with the copious amount of beach sand surrounding the house. We are thrilled with the makeover of our front and back yards. Jeremiah and the Kinetic Landscaping team are skilled professionals with great vision, quality workmanship and a pleasure to have on the job. In the back they installed a large Treks deck and walkway through the new turf lawn, built two pergolas to extend the al fresco area, replaced side and driveway gates and created a dog run area with a flexible enclosure. Our front has a lovely new native plant garden with a rock pathway and fresh pavers. The plant material was personally selected by Bel. We can highly recommend Kinetic Landscaping!
