Was looking for bather shorts that didn't cause a rash. There was 1 employee there that went above and beyond even though it was very busy. She got me the correct pair that would actually fit because I could of brought the wrong 1. The right pair was at the back so she had to go back even with a line at the counter. She even made sure I got the ones on discount!!! This happened about a year and a half a go and I'm sure she was young and had blonde hair. Hope she got a promotion!

The male staff member was helpful and polite.

A friend & I shopped at the Clearance store where we were attended by a lovely lady named Donna. My friend has an intellectual disability and Donna was absolutely amazing with him and very accommodating of his needs. Great customer service...job well done:-)

I bought a pair of runners yesterday at the shopping center in Mandurah. The service we received from Peter was outstanding. Peter had fantastic product knowledge and great customer service. I had two shops I could have bought these shoes from and I can't recall which shop was cheaper. The decision to buy them at Jimm Kidds was purely because of the service we received from Peter.

The young woman who served me could have quite easily sold me a $200 pair of shoes but after talking with her she advised me to go to the chemist and buy a pair of orthotic inserts for $34. They have worked a treat. Thank you Jim Kidd 👍👍👍

Lovley to find a store that has properly trained staff - we are a family of wide, fussy feet, and hate buying shoes but this was very easy.

Great variety of sporting goods and wide range of clothing. Very good prices. We come from NSW and always visit the store. Always find plenty of specials especially on NRL clothing

surfed through and found some great nike tessens but the store looks cramped and constipated, but thats only an architectural/planning flaw, no fault of theirs. great location though, right at the twestern tributary! they stock my gel kayano 25s at $200, exactly the same amount i bought it a year ago at jim kidd rockingham! and, oh kayano 26 is out so that 25 price better go down!
