We are forever grateful to Kim and Matt at Westella Funeral Services for helping us bid a beautiful and intimate farewell to my beloved Uncle. From the moment we met Kim, we felt at ease, knowing we were in capable and compassionate hands. Their kindness, care, and professionalism shone through in every aspect of their service. Communication was clear and seamless throughout, making a difficult time much more manageable. I recently held a ‘Happily Ever After’ party (we eloped and wanted a reception with our close friends and family) at Westella and it was absolutely wonderful! The venue was beautifully decorated and created a sophisticated, yet warm atmosphere for our celebration. Matt and Jenna were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure our vision for the evening was achieved. Our guests were impressed by the overall feel and ambiance of the place, most having not seen the inside of the venue since the elegant renovations. Westella exceeded our expectations and made our gathering unforgettable. Highly recommend for any special occasion.

Well what can i say, Westella funerals provided what mum wanted for her send off . A very simple goodbye with a lovely afternoon tea, family and friends mingled and chatted while the children could be outside in the garden. Matt was a pleasure to deal with and understood exactly what we required . Westella House is a beautiful place to say yr goodbyes.

My families recent experience at Westella Funerals was made so much easier thanks to the professionalism of Matt and Jenna. They went above and beyond to help with every part of my Dads passing and his funeral service was as nice as it possibly could have been and I have received several positive comments about the service since. From the moment, my sister, niece and I met Matt, we knew we were going to be in good hands. Our dear Mum had always wanted a small funeral, not much fuss and to be cremated. Matt and Jenna took care of everything so that all we had to do was turn up and celebrate our Mum's/Nans/sister's/friends life without any extra stress. Westella organised the food and drinks and we sat outside in the sun listening to Mum's favourite tunes (just as she would have wanted). Matt personally delivered Mum's ashes in a gorgeous urn and a sweet smelling candle. My sister and I knew that this is exactly what Mum would have wanted and it made her final send off that much easier to bear x

His attention to detail, together with his ability to meet the needs of individuals combined to make the process of farewelling a loved one less stressful and potentially healing. Everything was taken care of in a professional manner all the while maintaining dignity and ensuring a balance between a celebration and a farewell. Matt & Jenna were amazing helping me organise my Dad’s funeral. Jenna made sure Dad looked like my Dad and when I made last minute changes she was more than happy to change/add clothing.
