The team at Feathertop exceeded our expectations when we had our wedding in February this year. We wanted a garden party wedding and it was better than we could’ve ever imagined! Mel and her team were very easy to work with and accommodating to any ideas or requests we had. Honestly we are in awe in how our day turned out, everything was perfect- The food, wine, atmosphere and the Peggy Adelaide suite! A real credit to the team at Feathertop! Thank you guys so much!

100/10!! I can't remember how I stumbled across Feathertop Winery in the haze of Wedding Venue searching, but I have never made a phone call quicker in my life! After looking for Italian Style Wedding Venues for what felt like months, I looked through the Feathertop Website, and after telling my now husband I think we have found the one, I had a short phone conversation with the venue manager Mel, and we paid a deposit without even seeing it in real life. I had a gut feeling it would be incredible - and I was right. Everything about Feathertop and their team is 100/10. The STUNNING venue, accommodation, wedding package inclusive of busses, ceremony drinks, and the ability to build your own food and drinks menu, not to mention their delicious wines. We even held the recovery at Feathertop the day after our wedding and it was everything we had hoped for. Wedding planning is stressful - but the team at Feathertop put our minds at ease at every turn. No ask was too hard, everything was do-able and was executed to perfection - we didn't have to worry about a thing!
Couldn't fault anything about it - don't hesitate to book your Wedding at Feathertop, you will not be disappointed and you definitely don't want to miss the chance to have the best day of your life at this incredible venue, in the beautiful town of Bright, surrounded by your favourite people. Feathertop Winery is an incredible event venue. Not only was the food and wine amazing, but the location, you just cannot get a better view anywhere. Janelle and the team went above and beyond and nothing was too much trouble at all. Just finished 5 nights staying at Feathertop winery in the Mt Buffalo apartment. Couldn’t be happier with this stunning venue. As Summit Cru wine club members you are welcomed as family, share in great wine every quarter and receive generous discounts on accommodation. This is a truly special place year round however Autumn makes it absolute magic as the vines and trees glow in their vibrant colours! After getting married here in April 2016 this is our 5th time back to stay in 8 years and we will be back again. Feathertop Winery & Janelle Everywhere
My daughter selected Feathertop Winery for her wedding ceremony and reception. She said, "Dad, I would like you to come with me to see this stunning part of the world and the winery where I want to get married." I had never visited Porepunkah, which is only a few kilometres from Bright, and I have to say I fell in love with the place instantly.
When I arrived at Feathertop Winery for the first time, I was immediately mesmerized. It reminded me of the locations I have visited in Tuscany, with the mountainous ranges and grapevines renewing me with a sense of calm I had experienced there.
Janelle, the owner of Feathertop, greeted us, and immediately I knew that this was to be the venue where my daughter would tie the knot. It was absolutely stunning in every way, with a topography and garden setting you must see to truly appreciate.
Janelle took us through her incredible property and discussed the various options and a great many details whilst we enjoyed a refreshing, ice-cold Feathertop prosecco, which I must say has now become a personal favourite. It's outstanding.
I didn’t know then that the name I would come to know Janelle by was "Janelle Everywhere."
The day of the wedding had finally arrived, and it was a glorious day. We had accommodation arranged on the estate, a magnificent architectural home that allowed us the time to truly relax before the wedding and appreciate the mesmerizing estate.
The morning of the wedding had finally come, and I noticed Janelle overseeing every aspect of the final preparations. The last details were complete, and Feathertop became this magical set, something truly that only exists in dreams.
Janelle handled all issues as they presented themselves with ease: an unexpected rise in temperature, guests requiring a hairdryer to freshen up, broken shoes that required mending, ensuring that on the morning of the wedding the bridal party were well prepared and had a fresh lunch, taking the time to familiarise the photographer who flew in from Sydney with the grounds of the property, and always being on hand for all requests.
Of course, Janelle has an incredible team. Mel is her right-hand assistant and is absolutely amazing and helped bring my daughters vision to life. Her gardeners, Michael and Brad, have the grounds perfectly manicured. They truly care and have a love for the property. The winemaker produces exceptional wine, the bar staff were incredible, the drinks and open bar were flowing and prepared beautifully, and the chef and kitchen staff put together an outstanding 6 course dinner. Janelle allowed the pastry chef to create an amazing Mille Foglie cake in her kitchen, which had a 1.5-meter circumference. It was a work of art and was matched by its magnificent taste.
The day and night were magical; that’s the only word I can use to express how we felt. The venue was exceptional, and "Janelle Everywhere" was Everywhere...

Had a lovely cheese board here for our anniversary. Peter Andre was dining at the next table and was more than happy to sign one of our crackers. Top bloke, Top scran.

Such a fantastic spot with amazing views. Mel was so lovely and facilitated a fun, engaging and relaxed tasting - amazingly generous with her time (and humour).
Kids were accommodated with sausage rolls, parents with cheese!

A beautiful place with very friendly owner and staff. We had our family holiday at Mt Buffalo and stayed in Feathertop Winery. We were happy with our choice. The apartment is very spacious, generously equipped with top tier appliances. The food hamper was very yummy and the views from the balcony are astonishing.

Just amazing! Fantastic custom service, the wine is great and their platers are so yummy and fresh!
We had a lovely time under the vines with a gorgeous view of Mt Buffalo, as we could enjoy our drinks while the kids had a blast in their playground.
We've seen this winery grow over the last 10 years and we just love it!

We had a lovely Monday Cup weekend at Feather. With stunning views over the mountains and a wonderful outdoor garden area it's a beautiful spot to pass the time with a few bottles of wine and a cheese platter.

Rather than order a cheese platter you build your own, select what cheeses, crackers and other food you fancy, pay and then you're ready to eat!

Feathertop is a picturesque venue for everyone, especially cyclists with only a short ride from Bright.

Just spent a lovely weekend here with a couple of girlfriends. The wine was delicious and the assortment of local products awaiting us in the apartment upon arrival added that extra something special to our stay. A wonderful assortment of cheese and crackers and local products such as olives, dukkah, fresh ciabatta bread and olive oil were the makings of a delicious platter to accompany the delicious feathertop wine.

We had a truly relaxing weekend here, taking in the absolutely breathtaking views Mount Buffalo and of course the beautiful scenery of the vineyard itself.

This is an extremely scenic vineyards in the foothills of the Australian Alps and just opposite Mount Buffalo National Park.
You can freely roam around the vineyard and it offers incredible photo opportunities.
The Winery is also very nice and for a small fee of 5$ you get to taste 12 different wines - and this fee also counts as credit for any wine purchases made in the store.
A great place to spend a little while taking in the nature and tasting some great wines.

I have great memories here. My partner and I took one of their blankets outside and enjoyed the sun with a glass of red. We had a minor spillage accident (funny!) but the location and wine was good enough it didnt matter. Worth a stop most definitely.

We had an exceptional experience at Feathertop Winery doing the 'Pedal and Picnic' tour. Highly recommend. Very friendly staff and vineyard workers. A beautiful property.

To the Feathertop Team,

Whilst at times, particularly after a few beverages, I might like to consider myself a wine and food expert, by most measures I would have to concede that I am not.

What I do know though, is what, from the customers point of view, makes a restaurant such an enjoyable experience that you just want to keep going back, (usually the next day is not soon enough), and you will do that with full confidence of avoiding disappointment.

I could count on one hand the number of experiences I have had like this. But it happened on Sunday.

Nice range of wines on the tasting list, although some of the more exotic ones weren't included. But the venue is amazing, with a nice garden, great panoramic views and knowledgable staff.
