Spray On Concrete Transformations

We reached out to Tom and the team at Spray on Concrete to assist with resealing our exposed ag driveway. The driveway is three years old and originally coated by our building. Tom provided a high quality service, which was prompt and brought our driveway back to new again. His 12 plus years experience certainly showed with Tom recommending we recoat with 2 applications of the sealing product. We can't thank Tom and his team enough - highly recommend.

It's worth the wait, good people to deal with

I waited 2 days at home, after being promised he would arrive to give a quote for a job. When he didn't turn up 2nd time, I texted and said I know you must be busy but could you please let me know when you are definitely coming. I also called and left messages. He then ghosted me. Very unprofessional. I am glad I did NOT get him to come because who knows what sort of service I would have received. Maybe he might have said, I will come, do your place at agreed time and date, and then just never show up. Bad customer service. Poor customer interaction. No excuses. If you say you will do something, do it or at least call or text to let the customer WAITING for you, that you are not coming. I wasted 2 days and a 3rd trying to get a response. Very, very unprofessional.

We first contacted this company in February 2023 to do a small job. After being constantly told (on the rare occasion he would actually answer his phone) that he would be here “in a couple of weeks” we finally decided to go with someone else in August 2023. Thank you for wasting 6 months of our time and holding up other adjacent work.
