Stopped here on my way past during a road trip, because I was told that the pies are excellent. I love pies, and I particularly love excellent pies.

I bought a wagyu brisket pie and a cup of coffee, and it turned out that the rumours were true. The pie WAS excellent. The coffee was also good. But the pie was really top notch - well worth the stop-off.

I would add that service was quick and friendly, and there was plenty of parking in the huge parking lot that surrounds the venue. Clearly, this place has decided to position itself to be a highway stop-off point where travellers, including travelling families, can rest and refresh on a long trip. It is ideal in this regard - large, clean, and child-friendly, and such of the food as I had was excellent.

My understanding is that this is a card-only venue (no cash), so bear that in mind if you do not have a credit or debit card.

Super cool spot, I HIGHLY recommend stopping in here if you're nearby!

If you're driving through, it is a great spot to pick up some good, wholesome, well cooked and balanced food.

We stopped in for my Dad's birthday for breakfast who lives nearby and I can't wait to go back again.

The vibe is just cool inside, and buying artisan cheeses, meats, sauces and more is just heart-warming.

I ended up buying a bunch of farm fresh wagyu and pork, along with beautiful cheeses to take home with me as there is nothing like it where I live, I hope they franchise!!

Thanks for a wonderful experience 🙏

Fantastic foodie stop. We stopped twice (on way to Forster & way back to Sydney). The breakfast was amazing & not often if ever that I would say my Big Breakfast was so big I couldn't finish it... Highly recommended.

P.s. Photos from both lunch (way up) & breakfast (way back)

Amazing place to stop along the pacific highway, especially if you have kids! There is a nice shaded play area outside so you can enjoy your coffee or meal in peace, while the kids play. We have it a 3 stars for food because the burger bun was burnt (black) but they replaced it when we took it back. Otherwise the coffee and food was amazing.

Saw a review posted 59min ago. We were 10min away at the time. Perfect stop for lunch!
Amazing food! Melt in your mouth prosciutto from the on site butcher. Will be stopping again the next time we travel by.

Busy place and for good reason Great range of food that’s not the usual fair draws the crowds! Rueben sandwich looked great in display but unfortunately was squashed to a pancake in the sandwich press. Was very tasty nonetheless but toasted/warmed would have had it look more appealing on arrival to the table. Slow cook brisket pie and peas was amazing! Flavour of the filling was wow! If you appreciate a quality pie this one is worth the visit.
From the range of produce available we got some Portuguese flavour chicken wings and some burger beef patties. Chicken was great - very tender, and beef patties made a terrific burger.
Look forward to visiting again on a less busy day and a bit earlier to see the full range of offerings in the cabinets.
Place is licensed with a bar so a glass of your favourite inside or out in the sunshine looking out to the hills and fields makes for a good option.
Highly recommended as the place to stop on the way in or out of the MNC.

Excellent spot for a break from driving when driving towards Port Macquarie or Coffs Harbour especially if you don't want to head into Newcastle for one. Nice and spacious layout with indoor and outdoor seating - with a great view of the rolling hills in the background and plenty of parking. Very good food and drink options. It's kid and pet-friendly too.

We often head north on our trips and always missed calling in, often stopping at servos for a quick break but this place will be our break stop from now on. Plenty of options for food, and the quality and pricing is very reasonable.
Highly recommended.

Glad to have found this spot. Great for healthy snacks, meals and breakfast. I love the layout of this place, it is so spacious and well thawed out. There are a few leather lounges just to chill out with the family overlooking beautiful farmland in Nabiac clean toilets and very friendly staff. The coffee I had this morning was amazing, the brisket pie that I had was sensational and to top it off the brownie was perhaps the best I’ve ever had, you can tell that they put a lot of effort into keeping this place up to standard. The kitchen is clean and the staff look to be very efficient. There is even a butcher and they sell a serving of small goods, fruit and vegetables as well as seedlings. They have a liquor license. If you’re not a local and travelling past this place, do yourself a favour and pop in.

As many have mentioned perfect stop on your way up or down to North coast NSW/ QLD. We stopped for brekkie without knowing about it. Quite picturesque around, enough parking spaces, great food and such a nice place.

My husband and I were so happy to come across this place. He had chicken burger and I had a curry chicken pie with a beautiful Greek salad to share. The salad was served with pine nuts on top which was an issue for me as I have nut allergy. However, the staff were very happy to swap our salad to one without pine nuts instantly.
The outdoor area is so lovely. Very child and dog friendly. Farm chickens roam the outdoor area and kids have a place to play. There is also local produce inside which you can buy fresh veggies, homemade oils, pasta, honey etc. I’d come here for date nights if it wasn’t just a pitstop for our travels.

The BEST pie is the Wagyu Beef Brisket Pie. The atmosphere is amazing and is such a nice place to stop. Definitely the place to stop on the highway. Food is fresh, staff is friendly.

It is also DOG FRIENDLY, so a wonderful place to give your furry friend a stop over and a stroll as well.

10/10 would recommend.

Build it and they shall come.

This place is amazing with a great range of delicious good but also has a butcher, baker, cheesery, coffee and a bar.

We've had a pie before which was amazing, but this time we had salmon poke bowl and a Korean chook sandwich with a side of chups. Yumo!!!

Wow what a gorgeous place to stop for lunch on the Pacific Highway. Even though it was a busy Saturday the service was excellent with hardly any wait time. Huge car park, yummy produce in the farm shop, a warm atmosphere, fantastic sticky chai and THE BEST POKE BOWL I’ve ever had. We’ll be back. ❤

Fresh food, enticing presentation. Just off the highway, a great place to stop for lunch. So hungry I began eating my croquet monsieur straight away...A bit noisy inside because there were plenty of customers. Too hot to sit outside

Amazing roast of the day, Roast Pork, and it was absolutely delicious. Coffee was made to perfection, and it was hot. Staff were exceptional, professional, and friendly.
I purchased some eat from the butcher, leg of lamb, marinated chicken bits in a lime marinade, which were finger licking fabulous. Pork and beef sausages, they were to die for, bacon the best I've ever had, and ham off the bone, which is absolutely delicious.
I highly recommend The Artisan Farmer at Nabiac.
