Forster Tuncurry Boarding Kennels & Cattery

We are grateful to Sarah for everything she does! Sarah and team help the Animal Welfare League by boarding rescue dogs in need. We just adopted an adorable dog who Sarah and team took great care of for 5 weeks before we adopted him. She was so wonderful during the adoption meeting and we left with a very sweet, loving dog to call our own. If you get a chance to board your dog or cat with FTBK, I highly recommend it!

I've boarded a number of Airedale Terriers and my Hungarian Vizsla at these facilities and know they are in fabulous care. They have come home in great condition and no changes in behavior from their experience. I highly recommend Sarah, her husband and the team to look after your dog.

The Staff are very friendly, professional and take good care of our dogs. I wouldn't take them anywhere else. They have a genuine care for animals and have a sound knowledge of their behaviour and traits. Well done!

Just had our two fur babies stay with Sarah and her team for 10 days and couldn't be happier with them.
They updated us with how they were doing and the puppies looked happy staying there.

The staff are incredibly friendly and listened to all our requests. First kennel we've used where our dog hasn't come out underweight. We'll be using them again.

My dog actually likes going on her holiday when we have ours. Ruth ( the proprietor ) really takes care of our Molly dog. I could not recommend these kennels more highly. They are clean & as I said , treat your dog like you would yourself. It really gives peace of mind knowing your pet ( furbaby) is safe & really well cared for. Kev.😊

Ruth and Brett and their family have looked after our little dog Lulu many times over the past few years. The area is immensely lucky to have a facility of such high quality. The place is always spotlessly clean and Ruth and Brett are incredibly professional, knowledgeable and caring. Woof, woof!

Ruth and Brett are wonderful people who run a spotless boarding kennel just outside Forster. They are gentle and highly dedicated to every animal in their care. The kennels feature grassed runs for dogs, safe well constructed pens and they even play music to calm the animals during storms or NYE fireworks. Over three years I have never had any problems boarding my Hungarian Vizsla for up to two weeks at a time.

An excellent cattery. We left a very stressed out and anxious cat in their care and we picked him up happy and very well looked after. Our cat requires multiple medications and this was all provided for with ease. The setup is thoughtful and provides cats with the privacy and hiding spots they need. It was a relief to use this service, as going on holidays in the past has been very difficult. We will be back. Can’t say thank you enough!

Fantastic owners! They are very knowledgeable and the first time I called to book my dog in , it was a question session about my dog. My VET boards his pets there. Nothing was too much trouble. 🐕 Thanks so much for taking care of a part of my family ☺

I have taken our 4 dogs there on numerous "doggy vacations" and they have come back home happy, healthy and they wag their tails when taken back next time...and get a cuddle too!!

Very clean. Proprietors take good care of my dog. She has stayed at the kennels three times and each time has been fine.
