I do find it very rare that a business or company that you deal with, impresses you so much without even trying!!

So much so that I want to give them the highest rated review possible….. nobody asked for this, nobody suggested it, I just couldn’t speak highly enough of the team at Epøkhe.

These guys are so responsive on customer service, their product is incredible, their range is always on trend, their delivery is so sharp, and their new soft sunglasses case with the cushioning inside it…. They just get better and better. I’ve had 5 pairs of their glasses and I couldn’t recommend them any higher!! It’s just refreshing to deal with such a great supplier!

They keep their word to the warranty for the sunglasses and will 100% help out with repairs and replacements! Had an issue with two pairs of sunnies that were looked after without any extra fee. awesome team and great service!

Love my sunnies and would like to say what fantastic service they gave me when i accidently drop them and the lense can out. I sent them off under guarantee and 3 weeks later i recieved a brand new pair, thank you for your great service and great sunnies.

I’ve bought several pairs of sunglasses from this brand and they’re by far my favourite pairs that I own. We recently visited the Byron store for the first time while we were on holidays and the customer service was absolutely appalling. We walked in with the intention to purchase some new pairs however, we weren’t acknowledged the entire time and the whole experience was quite awkward. A simple ‘hi’ or ‘see you later’ goes a long way.
