Great place in the heart of Yarram. Only a short walk to the Country Club for a beer and a meal

Dated but clean, very quiet, friendly owners, and very social permanents. Power heads in good condition.
Stayed in far worse, had my choice of sites.
Nice and flat with room to move.
Sure there's no pool, but I rarely use one when I'm on the road. Have not played a round of tennis at any caravan park ever, and not something I'd book a caravan park for.
Cash only, but atm near post office 500m away.
May not suit those accustomed to luxury city apartments. There are plenty worse parks out there.
I've stayed at the other park in town, they are great too, but for a 9m vehicle, it's a bit cramped.

No rubbish bins. No swimming pool. Very poor amenities. No playable tennis court as advertised. No dump point. No playground. Rotting old phonebox with broken glass & timber parts with huge nails sticking up for a someone to tread on. Grounds badly maintained & overgrown. They charge $40. a night when the Gday parkdown the road is $30.will all amenities. Unfortunately for us they were full ( no need to ask why.)

Horrible place owned by a narrsists named Jo van gail.
He lies about how much you owe, even with proof, then threatens tennents to leave unless paid. He turned my power off multiple times, stole my Annex when I was out also. Jo has swore and threatened myself multiple times. Stay clear from the place, there are other decent parks in the area to choose from.

Don't call the number on the sign it will say international call we cannot connect sound like they are trying to scam you...
