Very professional polite and efficient staff clients moved through quicly good seating

Always phone first and make an appointment, they will help you to get in at the first available opportunity. Busy, but good service, located inside the hospital building. You can access it through the main hospital entrance, but the easiest and closest access is through the entrance to the right of the main hospital doors and ED. Covered drop off area is excellent for disabled or elderly. Parking is not great.

Fantastic service, I was well taken care of by the lovely lovely radiographers here. Would definitely recommend coming here.

Though I didn’t have to wait long to be seen & the lady at the front desk was lovely. The lady that did my scan seemed like she was rushing and everything was just a blur. Not to mention it felt like she was rushing me to get out. I hadn’t even finished wiping the goo off my stomach. Very poor service.

The receptionist was abrupt and unpleasant, although the medical staff were very good.

Sonologist was a bit rude. Could have been kinder in explaining to first timers.

Very poor experience. Rude staff. They wrote at front "Respect our staff", but who will tell them to respect the patients.

They refused to attend us because we were 5 mins late. We did call them and let them know that we running late.

There was only one staff at reception but when they started arguing there 3 staffs came out. What a shame!!!
