Went for a hike and swim with my 5 year old. We had so much fun. The water is crystal clear and cold but still a great experience and cool off on a hot summer day. The walk back to the car from the lower falls took us 30 minutes. Steep but still very manageable pathway.

Beautiful waterfall and track. Half an hour track both way but coming back bit hard as you have to go up all the way, so stay hydrated. Car park and toilet available. Before 200m of falls road divided to upper falls and lower falls. Best go to upper one first and then lower one. Lower falls look amazing and great swimming spot. Can go with kids but make sure to supervise them. No Dog allowed.
Near car park, there’s BBQ and sitting area.
We saw a beautiful bird singing on our way back.

Amazing waterfall and you can get as close to the water as you wish. But please be careful as in wet conditions it's extremely slippery and the fall might be nasty. The walk to the waterfall is easy, but coming back, be prepared to constantly climb uphill. Despite the walk back will highly recommend it as in my opinion, it's one of the best waterfalls in the area.

Well worth the hour and a half (or so) return hike. Recommend good footwear as some areas do get slippery and as always, bring your bottle!

The walk to the Falls is largely downhill, with a reasonable gradient and not too difficult. There are some areas which get a bit steeper, and if going to the upper falls, a little bit of clambering over rocks is required.

Though what goes down must come up, and the trek back to the car is harder, but still manageable.

Not too busy when we got there in the late afternoon. And if you do need to use the toilet, brace yourself for a drop toilet. Don't breathe.

Well worth a visit if you're up at Mount Buffalo. The falls are a 2km downhill walk from the car park with the last 500m being the steepest. We went in winter when the top of the mountain was shrouded in freezing fog, soon warmed up on the trek!

It's a 2km (partly steeper) descent to the falls but well worth the effort. Especially on a hot day. You can visit the upper falls, lovely view. From up top you look down on a pool which is NOT the lower falls pool. It's basically a middle pool. On your way back to the junction there is a little dodgy trail to your left leading down to the middle pool. If you miss it you simply will be going to the lower falls pool. Still absolutely worth it. But busier. Didn't mind walking 2km uphill back to the car after a swim.

My favourite waterfall.
Busy on weekends.
1 hr hike down to get there, always worth it though.

This waterfall is AMAZING! The water is beautiful & it is amazing to look at!
On a side note. It is a 2km walk there & a 2km walk back. Track is rocky, so taking appropriate footwear is a must! I was wearing thongs and it was hell haha.

Beautiful spot that I imagine the locals swim in during summer.

Sign suggests 2hour return but we did it in an hour with 15mins taking in the sights at the bottom. Approx 3KM return walk. Very steep, rocky and narrow at the base of the track.

Worth the walk for these falls!

Breathtaking falls. Walk is quite steep and the end is quite hard to get down to the bottoms of the falls.

Short walk from roadside to falls. The crystal clear cool water definitely made the uphill hike worth it.

Both upper and lower falls are spectacular. You need to be fit to scale the track on the way back. I wasn’t!😩

Quite a steep walk down to the falls on loose scrambly rock, but the views are worth it, the lower falls were my favourite, but both sre equally great honestly.

The forest leading to Rollasons Falls was stunning. Lots of flowering wattles mixed with other natives along narrow winding & sometimes steep tracks leading to wonderful Rollasons falls.

Awesome scenery and waterfall to visit. The track down to the falls from the road is about 2 kms downhill and the walk back is steep. The walk is for the mobile and fitter person and it does not suit anyone with an injury or anyone that struggle to walk, you often have to step over a small log or navigate small rocks.
