James is a great Physio and instructor at the gym. He has made me feel safe and comfortable going to the gym knowing that he supervises carefully. I have had excellent post surgery improvement and under James' guidance will no doubt continue to gain core strength and flexibility.

I saw James for a shoulder injury I had after having my third baby. James’ knowledge was outstanding and practices in a very comfortable environment. The treatment plan he provided was easy to follow and home exercises were realistic for a mum of three. I would highly recommend James for all your physio needs.

7 months ago I thought I was going to require back surgery, thanks to James, with his expertise, patience and perseverance I am now up and about again! His approach to my treatment has been dedicated and caring. I felt comfortable and safe throughout. I'm happily now at a stage of attending weekly group sessions at the local gym and feel my strength returning with each session.
