Plants Direct Australia

I have dealt with Tim at Plants Direct Australia (Birregurra) and he is brilliant. He knows his stuff and the stock from this nursery is of exceptional quality (and I’m VERY picky about the quality of trees I use on my projects). I have never had to send plants back, which is a sign they’re doing well in my eyes!

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! Plant was not shipped until a week after the order was placed, and when it was sent the plant arrived damaged due to extremely poor packaging, leaving a very expensive plant with only one viable leaf. This was raised with the Plants Direct Team but my emails went unanswered.

This company is so dodgy. I bought a $60 Black ZZ plant that arrived and all the stems have rotted in the media. I also bought a $30 marble queen pothos and it has root rot. It arrived and the leaves were brown and soggy. I emailed the company and zero response from them.
$90 plus postage down the drain. Beware of this company when purchasing online.

Avoid at all costs! Order placed a month ago has not shipped. Will not reply to multiple emails, phone calls, enquiries on their website.
What the hell are they doing?!

Purchased over $100 worth of plants and they never sent them. Tried contacting them and they only answered once. Messaged on Facebook, instagram, shop and their own website as well as sent emails and tried to call them. Phone number listed is incorrect. Eventually had to lodge a dispute on the charge that they still haven’t responded to. This company is a joke and a scam. Do not buy from them! If I could give them -5 stars I would 💀

Super salesman owner turns awful when queried.
We purchased over $ 1070.00 worth of plants which were all way undersized, not as promised in height and did not accept delivery. Couldn't get our money returned so was told to wait while they grew them.In the meantime we purchased some others from another local business which are all now thriving. The plants from Plants Direct , planted in the same position are now mainly dead.
No chance of any replacement we were told by the owner.Your fault !
Risks of buying online with no chance of return or replacement too risky.
Go to the nursery so you can actually see what your paying for !

dont buy from this company didnt recieved my full order and what i did recieve after a month was not worth getting 1 dead plant and 1 undersized plant, never recieved my 3rd plant, contacted them many times and they never replied or gave me my money back

Absolutely the worst place ever, plants arrived destroyed and just wrapped in sticky tape crushing the plants. Half of order never arrived when questioned about it they just stopped all communications. Do not buy from these people.

Ordered orchids what came is half the size of the photos with no fresh buds - one flower already died off - I could be these at the store for $25 each and I paid $45. They will not do anything to rectify- not even a partial refund. I opened a case with paypal

Don’t buy from them. My order placed and 3 weeks gone by with no response and the phone is disconnected
