Can highly recommend this company .... from the start with the quote through to installation, dealt with a very professional team. The two guys who installed our fixed window/sliding door with security screen were fantastic, even installed our original doggy door. 😀

We had 3 sets of sliding doors replaced and fitted by Mark Setter and his team. He was the cheapest quote. Mark did a very professiona job and was very meticulous with his finishing touches with the end product. Highly Recommended.

Mark really knows how to glaze me up

I have to say I have never had a poorer experience with a company as I have had with this one. I lodged a quote request via their website. It took at least 3 weeks for someone to contact me and that was to ask me for my phone number because I hadn't provided it. I filled out the form on their website. Perhaps they need to change their website form to ask the right questions. I emailed my phone number to them.

It then took a few more weeks before I was contacted again about provision of a quote. Then on the 9th April, one of their staff attended my home to measure up and to provide me with a quote which he said would be emailed to me. I asked him if they had my email address and he confirmed they did by reading it out to me.

Here we are, it's now the 5th May, almost a month later, and I have received no quote. I have checked my junk mailbox regularly and nothing from the company has gone in there. I have definitely not received any emails from them.

All in all, I consider that to be a woeful level of customer service and if it takes them so long to do all that, I shudder to think how long it would take them to do the actual job. I don't know how they have managed to get 6 Google reviews of 4 and 5 stars or how they manage to stay in business if that's the sort of customer service they provide. If I could, I would give them zero stars!

I will never engage them to do the job based on my exceptionally poor experience with this company so don't waste your time with them as it will just lead to disappointment!

All good businesses, that is those that want to make sales, profit and provide excellent customer service, would follow up with their customers a short while after they have provided a quote to see what the customer thought and if they want to proceed with the quote. It is not the customer's responsibility to chase you, it is your job to chase the customer, assuming you want the business of course but clearly you don't and your attitude to customer service will always render your business ordinary and hopefully unsuccessful as with that attitude, you don't deserve to be in business!
