We opened an account with the bank today and we're very impressed with the attention shown to us be Josh. He answered all our questions and we are very happy.

I have always found the staff very help but I can’t believe that they no longer open on a Saturday - very disappointing... this is the only reason why I have only given 3 stars!

Service seems to be going down hill. Closed for 45mins each day (lunch break, when many local businesses have a chance to go to the bank) Came in to tally pos monies but only person who could help was on a day off, therefore asked to come back in the next day. Went in the following day and note on the door advising “ temporarily closed” ( was closed all afternoon) Very frustrating! Worth noting that I don’t believe this is the fault of the staff. Bendigo bank management need to hire more people to service the growing community
