Pure Mechanical

Late post but the lads at Pure Mechanical went out of their way to help me with an intermitent starter motor issue late on Easter Sunday 2023.

After a look over the engine and some love taps, they said it'll come good in time and sent me on the road with a monkey wrench and left-handed golf club for future love taps.

They wouldn't accept cash or even a carton of beer as thanks for the information. Finished the rest of our trip and the starter motor is still going strong 8 months later.

At short notice, the people at Pure Mechanical in Tom Price repaired our flat tyre and gave us much sensible advice. Many thanks and much appreciated.

These lovely people swapped out our busted tyre last minute at the end of the day. Very friendly team and efficient service. Thanks guys, great to be back on the road!

genuine mechanics. came out of karinjini slightly worried by how our van was sounding, so we brought it by. he looked and listened to it and told us everything it could be and gave us the assurance it was nothing to serious to worry about. chatted with us for about 20 mins so happy with how everything worked out, Thankyouagain!

Got yourself in a bit of strife with the kids and camper in tow? These blokes will do their best to sort you out. Open 7days a week spare tyres, trailer bearings etc. They would be my first stop in the area. Only problem...because they are good....they are busy, so check yourself into the campsite down the road whilst things get sorted, or if you fancy a crack they'll give you space on the bench. Top notch salt of the earth sort.

We had a problem with our tail light and then drove directly to the car workshop. Our problem was taken care of super quickly, so that we could continue driving after 10 minutes.
Absolute recommendation, competent, attentive and very friendly staff.

Travelling from Melbourne, booked for a service a week before arrival at Tom Price. On arrival I received first class service from Daniell & Luke without any wait time. A few days later had battery issues with caravan & once again Luke came to my rescue with prompt & courteous service as well as essential technical assistance.
I congratulate Josh on surrounding himself with skilled & courteous people who are a credit to his company.

Excellent service. Had battery charging problems on Sunday. Pure mechanics found my problem on Monday morning ordered a new alternator and I was on my way early Tuesday afternoon. Highly recommend. Thanks again guys.

Had a puncture and slow leak from somewhere in karijini, drove to pure mechanical on a Sunday thinking nothing was open. They were open, and patched the wheel up in minutes for only a small fee. Life savers! Back into the park before mid day. Thanks legends

We had an issue with our car whilst on the unsealed roads with a tiny rock being caught in a pesky place giving us lots of grief. Called Pure mechanical and they were really helpful. I’m sorry I don’t recall any names as we were in a pickle but the boss was very helpful over the phone, gave me a quote for a toll as well as offered helpful suggestions. We managed to get back to Tom Price and went to them the next morning and they so kindly helped us removed the rock. Also needed to get a new spare tyre and they were very helpful too! Thank you for all your help, would highly recommend anyone going there if your around the area and need any mechanical help.

A big thanks to Daniel yesterday who was able to get our car fridge working again. then by chance our car battery failed and he was able to test and advise that we needed a new one. thankyou mate

Fiona and I recently moved from QLD and went to Pure Mechanical in Tom Price for our vehicle inspections to transfer registration. The service was excellent, where they actually discussed issues with you and performed the work to set things straight. Their pricing was also competitive compared to going anywhere else especially outside of Tom Price. Thanks to you Rebecca and crew for excellent service and value.

Legends. Needed a tyre to be plugged after we picked up a nail/ screw on the road, Pure Mechanical did it in 15mins. We had been to another tyre joint around the corner who told us 4hrs & then didn’t do it when we went to collect.

Amazing experience.

Driving a rental around outback WA and a horrendous squeaking noise started coming from one of the wheels. Took the car here and within 5 minutes they concluded it was simply a rock and fixed the problem (free of charge!). Compared to Melbourne where we are from this is a refreshing change to the mechanic scene, truly amazing people and amazing service.

Pure Mechanical must be the busiest business in Tom Price, but they were not too busy to see a once only traveller. I went in there to have a puncture repaired and they had it done brilliantly within the quoted time frame. Not only that they were friendly, extremely pleasant and informative.

Great experience with these guys! Our car broke down while travelling and they've been super helpful, particularly since we arrived there on a Friday afternoon almost 5pm. They did an awesome job in getting the parts as quickly as possible and Dan fixed our car, which is working very well now. Thank you so much!
