I feel the cleaners who have attended my home are polite and on time. They have provided excellent cleaning service and the coordinator takes on any changes and additional requests and passes this on to whoever may be attending my home. I feel that Sisterbility has provided trusted and well trained staff.

Thankyou Sisterbility! Yesterday two fabulous lovely can do ladies did a spring clean for me, and nothing was too much trouble, they did everything I asked of them and more, even moved the furniture! They bought with them plenty of eco friendly quality cleaning products and their own vaccine cleaner! I highly recommend this business, they get a gold star from me and they are worth every cent. A special thankyou to the admin staff who kept me updated in a timely manner and sent me reminders. I could not ask for more.

Outstanding service, Devina and Lucy were so pleasant and did a perfect job. I gave Sistability a go with my NDIS plan after using a carer service. I realised I only needed the domestic cleaning aspect rather than personal care, which they understandably weren't the best at. Sistability instead exceeded all my expectations.

I wanted to share with other NDIS participants who are wanting to use this service with there NDIS funding. I was very taken away with there cool and impressive website and the story of the two sisters Holi Ryan & Jade Taylor and their story. I thought wow people who do care about people with Disabilities.
This very much changed after I was sent there service agreement.
I found out that I was going to be charged over $900 in travel cost out of my NDIS funding. This business is situated in Hornsby and you will be charged a travel cost from Hornsby no matter where you live. I sent an email and asked for this to be explained. They basically said that the NDIS allows for "Travel Allowance" this being said the travel allowance was put into place because services where abusing NDIS participants funding in the first place ie: charging for being stuck in traffic ect. No where does the NDIS say that you have to charge NDIS participants this "Travel Allowance" it is a choice that businesses make. Because at the end of the day this is a business no matter who much they told me they love their clients. I was told that they do give discounts for people who can not afford those prices and I was offered 50% off. I would still be paying over $450 in "travel allowance" through my NDIS funding. I understand that business need to be making money but really, at that cost to people with disabilities . Please thoroughly read the service agreement before signing it or get someone who you trust to look at it for you. Our funding is important and if you are paying a lot for travel cost, someone sitting in their car to get to your home you are missing out on something that could help improve your lives. Look at local services and remember this is about us improving the quality of our lives and we should be able to trust services to do the right thing by us.
