Dawson Highway Cafe & Indian Cuisine

This place deserves more than 5 stars. The staff were more than welcoming. Drove out from Biloela. We decided to stop here for dinner on the way home. Partner and I had curries. So filling I couldn't finish it and took the rest home.
Kids were very happy with their meals.
Staff were so friendly towards us, my 3 year old even gave the man a hug.
We will definitely be back for more Indian curries 😋

Authentic, tasty and BYO. Food was absolutely delicious. Great Indian food around the countryside and I can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend. So affordable 10/10

Stopped by for lunch on the way to Carnarvon Gorge. We tried two types of curries, biryani and pizza. All were very nice and reasonably priced too. The dough for pizza was excellent; the pizza quality was much better than most pizza outlets.

Living in Moura, with Dawson highway cafe I just don't miss Indian food. Love the curry varieties and naan breads. They do serve wide varieties of pizzas, burgers, chips. On top of all, the boys are welcoming and friendly whenever I visit the place (which is almost everyday). Even when I hang around the place, I could able to see how polite & cheerful they are with customers and they always love a chat.

Stopped on the way through Moura. We had toasted sandwiches which turned out to be the best toasted sandwich I’ve ever had. Lots of great ingredients on Turkish bread. Definitely recommend

Last week tried this restaurant on the way back home , it serves very high quality meals and service, I would definitely recommend their butter chicken and vegetali pizza !

We got takeaway from here on Friday and it was seriously one of the nicest curries I've ever had. 5 people and everyone loved their food. Highly recommend

This is THE best curry of anywhere I've eaten. The owners have perfected flavours and heat, and do something for everyone: butter chicken, saag, korma, Tiki Masala and more. The pizza is gourmet with traditional toppings like H&P/ Pepperoni to Mexican and, my favourite, Vegetali, all with a perfect crust. The kitchen is ultra - clean, and the owners are exceedingly polite and efficient. Being a small country town I feel very fortunate to have this quality cuisine available to us. Highly recommend!

As an vegetarian i like there veggie curries like paneer, vegetali pizza and wrap. Very tasty and always fresh. Thanks Sardarji you doing a good job

In town for a week and ate here 6 of the 7 nights. Four curries, a beef burger and a pizza and i can recommend all. The indian food was some of the best I have had, tasty and good portion sizes. Teamed up with the delectable naans and starters(i tried the onion baaji's and vegetable samosa's) you will leave satisfied. If you are eating out in Moura the boys at the Dawson Highway Cafe will do you right. Thanks guys.

Best Indian iv ever had. Always filling, always enough for lunch/dinner the next day and always taste amazing even when reheated.

Pizzas hands down the best i've ever had, great burgers great food in general highly recommended you won't be disappointed. If i could give 10 stars i would.

We always have the Indian dishes and pizza and get consistently fantastic food! Try the vegetarian pizza and any curry with cheese and garlic naan!

This Indian cafe has very high quality meals and service, I would highly recommend their butter chicken and pizza!

Long wait, however Worth it!

These guys always put on a good feed....currently working my way through their menu: mexican pizza still my favorite so far.

Now for a difference or you want your normal food like a chicken burger or pizza ,thick shake they have it all with parking straight out side and dining in as well as take away so try something different or not you will enjoy eating hear
