Stunning walk to the top of the headland. Beautiful views and lookouts to break up the walk. Good quality, unsealed paths with clear signage. Not too busy.

Incredible walk from start to finish. Well worth taking any side paths you spot along the way, as they lead to some amazing lookouts. The native flowers add colour throughout the walk, and I was lucky enough to spot an Echidna and a Seal while on the walk. Whales frequent the area but alas the world was not on my side and I simply stared at every wave thinking ‘that a whale? no’.
Definitely recommend straying off the path to find less travelled areas and get some unique views of the area.

This is a fantastic look out, aqua blue water, land and see views are great. Well worth the drive then the walk to the lookout above this one. Take the time to see it. Recommended end of the day out of the heat or the middle of winter. It really rocks.

Well worth a visit.

There are 2 ways to access this park - from the corner of Camden Head Rd and Bergalia Cres (there's a small carpark and some picnic tables off to the north) and Charles Hamey Lookout Rd (which is a dirt road).

Hiking trails are relatively easy but certainly not accessible to disabled or unfit (and the one from Charles Hamey Lookout would be tricky for persons over 6' - lots of low hanging branches).

Some stunning geographical formations - we have visited this area several times and had no idea something this great was there.

Re Point Perpendicular - not sure I think that the final steep incline to this final lookout is worth it but the gorgeous views along the way make this walk well worth it. I don't recommend you rush - allow at least half the day, you'll enjoy it more.

I recommend the spring for the added bonus of wildflowers - we were just lucky!

This is a great walk and we love to take our family and friends here for a visit. The paths are well maintained the resent rain didn't do to much damage and the different lookouts give you a good idea of the area around Dunbogan, you can see north looking towards Bonny Hills and south towards Diamond Head national park. There are a few places where you can sit and relax in case you get a bit tired.
There were still a few parking spots available today was a public holiday
