I don't expect such good customer service from macdonalds

Look, it’s Macca’s. It is what it is, BUT the food was hot, the fries were fresh off the salting pan, the staff were friendly and courteous. It’s a diamond in the franchise rough. Ronald, if you’re out there, get up to Mackay and see how it’s done.

Friendly staff fast service and always polite and kind, I tried acted like a homeless person they were genuine even weeks later as a Wealthy Customer they still was on the same playing field or level but yeah love it got my attention to swing by again..

Had to be the best Maccas burgers we ever had. Don’t change please.

Ive always had great experiences at this McDonalds. Staff are always friendly and cheerful and my orders are always correct and made in a timely manner. You guys are rockstars! Keep up the awesome work

The fastest McDonalds in Mackay. There is never a long wait when I visit and the food is always neat and fresh. The morning crew are extremely friendly (especially the elder Aboriginal lady) and all the managers seem like they care about their jobs.

I always enjoy my visits to the Northern Beaches McDonald's. While visiting the Northern Beaches call into the McDonald's there for a chat, a catchup, a meal or a relaxing drink at the end of the day. You won't find a better place to unwind.

This is the best McDonald's in Mackay. I've never had an order come out wrong, the food is always hot and fresh and the staff are friendly and efficient.
