We have been coming to Trans since it first opened. The menu is amazing. Very fresh and you can taste all the ingredients working together to create something special. Lanna, the owner and Chef, is lovely, always making sure we are taken care of. Highly recommend this hidden gem. My favourite restaurant for almost 25 years now!

Food flavours were lovely. Service was great as was the ambience. BYO wine only we had lots of food 🥘 loved the scallops and the duck rolls delicious 😋 we will be back again. Thank you

We had a fabulous dinner here recently, guided by Lanna who suggested how much we needed to order for our large group of 12.

My wife and I have been eating here for many years and the food now is as good or better than ever. The Vietnamese ravioli, Hanoi fish and crispy duck are always superb.

I saw this place was full on Saturday. So we went Sunday night. Even on Sunday they gave us complimentary champagne on arrival , it was a very nice one I must say. The wine pairing tasting menu was very enjoyable. Highly recommend it ! Enjoyed the friendly service 👌 thank you very much

Lanna the owner/chef is brilliant. Food is excellent - barramundi special is fantastic as is the always available Hanoi fish. Vegetable spring rolls and Lanna's survival soup a must to try.

Absolutely fabulous food- beautiful and timely presented. Happy atmosphere all around- not just at our table. Llana is a great hostess at a great restaurant. We will be back again soon. Thank you Llana and staff.

It has been a while since we visited this place as we live in another state now. The food was still excellent. I did not realize how much we missed not being a regular again. We will have to visit Sydney more often.

You can't beat Trans for lean, healthy and delicious food. Trans gets five stars from us. Lana puts her heart and soul into the food/restaurant and it shows. Let's support this gem during covid so we don't lose it. They do takeaway (it's better to pick up yourself so the profits go to Trans) or stay and enjoy the ambience. We had the delicious cauliflower with truffle last night - a real treat.

I have been going to Trans with my family from when I was little even celebrated my 18th Birthday there! Have always loved the food and always make sure dad orders the Crispy Pancake and Pork Ribs whenever we go ... and dad always makes sure he orders the quail. Great restaurant for family dinners or a casual catch up with friends. 100% worth a visit, just don't forget its BYO.

This has got to be my most favourite Vietnamese restaurant ever. The food is superb, the service and owner are lovely and it's not super expensive. Highlights for me include the Vietnamese ravioli and pork ribs. Although it is really difficult to single these two out as everything there is fantastic and perfectly prepared.

I do not think it would be an exaggeration to say it is an old favourite of everyone who has lived in Mosman and been there.

Outstanding food, always consistent and fresh, staff and service great, yummo, we go there all the time or have withdrawal symptoms! (yes, maybe $9 is a little steep for homemade sparkling water but that is minor for EXCEPTIONAL overall standard). Robyn

This Vienamese restaurant is fabulous for many reasons: The staff, vibe, but most of all the food! The dishes are completely different to many other Vietnamese restaurants I've been to - the food here is genuine and cooked delightfully with care. There are no strange tastes or overwhelming flavours as with some Vietnamese restaurants - these dishes have obviously been expertly created and tested.

Entree: Get the ravioli which is a juicy parcel of pork and veggies. For mains I always go for the pork ribs, which are cooked to perfection (I don't normally eat fat on things but this is amazing) with some lovely spices. The lemongrass chicken, and curry prawns in a young coconut are also awesome.

Don't be deterred by the prices, this spot is definitely worth a booking on a busy Saturday night.

This is our family favourite. We have been going there for years. Food is always flavoursome and consistent. Quail in the entree and duck in the main course are amazing. Can't wait to go back!!

Tran's is a Mosman institution. Locals have known about this place forever, and it is constantly a popular dinner option. Book ahead if you are wanting to eat, or consider takeaway if you live nearby.

Favourite dishes include: stir fried beef rice noodles, lemon grass chicken (or tofu), and the dark chocolate dessert is a must.

Truly special. French Vietnamese food with a wonderful combination of flavours. Save room for desert. The sticky rice is unmissable

Great atmosphere,fantastic service and the food amazing.Try the lemongrass and garlic chicken.The best you've ever eaten! I also recommend the coconut icecream with honeyed walnuts.Thoroughly recommend this restaurant.

This place has a lot of vegan options and every time I go here the staff are kind, and have knowledge on which menu items are vegan and the food tastes amazing! Highly recommend
