MIPUNG Korean BBQ Buffet Restaurant

Very good BBQ. Top 2 or 3. I've been to in Melbourne. Staff very good change grill quickly and without having to ask. Food amd staff very good. I recommend going there. We had a great meal.

This place was a last minuet decision to go their. But OMG we are glad we did. Great service, excellent selection of cook yourself or prepared food, fresh and tasty. Highly recommend if in the area to drop in or book as they can get busy. Good value for money too.

Wide selections of cooked food and BBQ meat. We went to the earlier session at 5:30pm. The second session start at 7:30pm. Even though it’s only 2 hrs of eating .. there’s ample of time .
Staffs were efficient and change out the bbq hot plate diligently. 👍🏻

Great venue for a Korean BBQ, especially with the buffet element as well. Food is of good quality and staff are very efficient. A surprising highlight was the freshness of the vegetables and fruit, which were a lovely complement to the meat. Definitely need to book but the process is easy and worth the night and amount spent! Would recommend a visit!

Korean barbecue... so yummy!! We all had an excellent eating experience. The meat was all very fresh. You can cook it to your own preference and there is a huge variety of food to choose from. They even offer icy poles and cake for dessert. We were all so full and very satisfied. The staff were very quick to change over the bbq grill plate. Be careful not to take more than you can eat as there is a surcharge for left over food. Highly recommended.

Amazing Korean bbq buffet. We had a good time. Spacious area with enough ventilation while all the tables has a bbq in the middle. Constant grill plate changes kept the bbq fresh and it easy to cook on a fresh plate everytime we top up. Heaps of meat options and pre cooked food items to choose from. Variety of sauces and drinks to choose from. Came home so full and tipsy from Soju 😁We’ll be back.

For me this is in the top 2 Korean barbecues in Melbourne It is made even better by the fact it is all you can eat.

There is a great range of meats which are high quality available. They do Switch up what is available.

The pre made food is also really nice. Particularly the Korean fried dumplings (Mandu) Each other best I've ever had.

The cakes at the end are also a lovely touch.

Sensational meal, Korean BBQ, absolute quality, very popular so make sure to book seats for weekends. Staff very attentive changing grill plates, and very reasonably priced. Will definitely be back soon

Serve yourself, this is an all you can eat buffet with a good variety of meats to choose from. Recommend going with your gym bros and that way if you can't finish the meat someone else can :D Service is good, the staff come by to change the plate often enough. You'll need to book a table in advance.

One of the reasonable good Korean BBQ restaurants for dinner. Wide range of meats with very exiting marinates. Side menus are very good as well with wide range to pick from. They have chanced the BBQ plate few times which was very nice. The Korean beers are also great to try.

K-BBQ - All you can eat! Really value for money, especially if you can eat a lot. You must have the Wagyu beef brisket, or actually, the wagyu-anything, Pork Belly - choose the fat-cut, and the Beef short ribs (Galbi). Their KFC (korean fried chicken) is very good and crunchy. Accompany with lots of kim chi and japchae. Its so popular, weekends are usually full and difficult to get a booking so if you want to go at short notice, you have to go on a weekday. I highly recommend this place.

Great little Korean all you can eat KBBQ restaurant. Really good variety of different meat to choose from and various side dishes to eat with. There’s chicken, pork and different cuts of beef. My favorite was the scotch fillet, wagyu beef brisket and sliced pork belly. You’ll need to cook the meat yourself which is good because you get full control of how you want your meat cooked. There’s a 2 hour limit so make sure to come with an empty stomach and enjoy every minute of delicious bbq meat! Even though it felt quite rushed we still enjoyed this little gem of a restaurant in Nunawading.

Absoutely loved the experience.
The manager and wait staff were attentive and approachable.
Food was of a good quality and although the restaurant was packed, but it didn’t appear to be rushed. Food was available throughout the sitting and didn’t have to wait for refill.

What I liked even more was although the place is an all you can eat, but they say they would charge you $10 if you couldn’t finish your food to minimise food waste - Brilliant idea.

Prices were reasonable.

This is probably one of the best ran buffets that I've been to, the food is amazing, there's so many choices of Wagyu, marinated and associated pork, chicken and beef.

There's a large variety of side dishes including Korean friend chicken, marinated dishes, soups, steamed food, desserts including fruit, cakes and icy poles.

The staff is efficient and generally any request for service is met rapidly despite a busy night.

I would advise against coming earlier since the door is locked until the allocated session time at 5.30pm and 7.45pm.

For the price was great.
Location was okay, decorations was okay.
Service was good. Very polite and welcoming. Keep changing our bbq plate, which was very useful.
Meats were fresh, except couple of choices such as rib eye wague. Fried chicken was very cold.
We were 4 and bbq plate was big enough, if you are 4+ ask for two bbq plate table.
Its BYO, beers for $7,$6.

We will go back maybe in 2-3 month.

I‘v have been there since 2 years ago toll now, they are still good on service and quality of meat. A lot of options for the food. Got food, side dishes, veggies, and dessert. I will go there even if I have to drive more than an hour. The best bbq Korean all you can eat ever.

Alongside a selection of dumplings, Kimchi, delicious pizza and more.
Topped off with brownies and ice cream (no more Zooper Doopers) for dessert.

All included in the buffet cost of $$44.50 per person, for a 2 hour session.

Definitely worth the money. Huge variety of meat and also side dishes. Meat was fresh and good quality. Side dishes were delicious especially kimchi pancake and pan fried mandu. Staff was very attentive. Came to change our hot plate very frequently. Very spacious seating area. Desserts can be improved as only sweet rice cake and icy poles were supplied. Easy to park as it's on a quiet street. Definitely will go back again

We had a spectacular dinner experience here. They had a wonderful variety of meats (beef, chicken, pork and seafood) and beef+pork in many different cuts. They also offered a great range of side dishes. Everything was so delicious. Truly great value for money. I highly recommend.
