I am absolutely IN LOVE 😍 with my hair!! I was looked after by Christina who made me feel welcome the whole time, she is so friendly and professional and knew what she was doing, she did exactly what I had hoped for in my mind, gave me a complete makeover -see photos below- and for a reasonable price also, I will 10000000% be back here, all the girls here are so lovely 🥰 and I felt like they really cared about what they do!! 10/10 recommend 💯❤

pleasant, relaxing and professional. I was looked after by Christina, she was very professional and made sure my hair color and haircut came out exactly as I wanted it. I enjoyed my experience very much, particularly the massage chair at the hair wash basin. I was in the shop for approx 3 hrs, all the staff on that day within earshot were very pleasant. I will definitely be using this service again.

Thank you to the lovely Isha at Fountain Gate store. Isha, helped me pick out the rite colours for my daughters hair. She listened to what our ideas were and knew exactly what we needed. Helped me out with instructions and times. My daughter is so happy with the outcome and now trust's me to foil and colour her hair in the future. I have attached a before and after.

First class service from the Fountain Gate team. Hair Stylist Christina helped to schedule me in within 30 minutes and she gave me one of the best haircuts for a longtime. Here to leave a review to shoutout how lovely Chloe is. She gave me so much advice on what piercing jewellery I should pick and helped me out on my indecisiveness too on what colours to pick. She didn’t have too but she gave me some tips on how to get my jewellery in easier for future as I had lost my previous two bars from trying for so long not used to the bendy bars. Her advice worked! Thank you for a lovely experience Chloe. I believe you were just as kind and helpful last time I visited the store too. <3

Always in safe hands here! My daughter got her conch piercing with Kritika and she highly recommends her. Kritika is clearly an expert but also very gentle and fast, to ensure the least amount of discomfort. She is also super lovely, and made her feel at ease. Overall a great experience and will be back again!

Had a cut and style with stylist Christina. I have hair that is extremely frizz prone and difficult to manage. She was very knowledgable, providing me with ongoing hair care tips for the future and I left the salon with a shiny, silky, bouncy blowout. Feeling confident for this first time in a very long time. Had a great experience with hair house fountain gate and especially the young body piercer who did my piercing (KRITIKA) . I recommend all to try once! She was very gentle and professional. I was a bit nervous but she handled the situation very nicely.

Absolute 10/10 service from I believe her name was Chloe. I came in not too sure what I was after, and she made the experience so easy and was very welcoming. Chloe is knowledgeable and was more than happy to explain the details to somebody like myself who doesn’t know much about the products. What a great friendly team!
Also, I tried the hair damage repair stuff she recommended, and it’s amazing! <3

I had the most amazing experience today with Christina, she nit only listened to what I wanted to get done but also gave her suggestions to enhance my final look. The final look was amazing. All the staff were fantastic.

This store and it’s staff are amazing! I bought a hair straightener - which worked perfectly - but a bit squeaky! - returned to the store to see what I should do - I thought they might offer advice to repair the squeak - but was offered a full replacement! Chrissy was so helpful and was able to offer me a quicker replacement when the one I wanted wasn’t available. Thank you so much Chrissy and the team, very happy shopper.

Great experience at Hairhouse Fountain Gate.
I got my septum and belly button pierced by Chloe. She was amazing! Chloe explained everything to me and was extremely gentle and professional. She made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole experience. I’d definitely recommend her and will see her again for more piercings in the future.

I had couple of piercings today with KRITIKA and it was the best experience, she was super helpful with the entire experience. She took her time & was also extremely precise with the placement of the earrings. Thank you Kritika i will be back for sure Edwin.

WOW what a great place! My daughters Hair turned out AMAZING! The blonde highlights look so pretty. We were so happy meeting the Manager Maddie as she offered a lot of advice on how to care for her hair. This is 100% our go to place from now on!

I went in to have my 5 month old daughter’s earrings changed to sleepers from the original earrings. The staff were very welcoming and Chloe assisted us and changed my daughter’s earrings, she was very gentle and engaged great with my baby. Would definitely go back again to see her

Christina is AMAZING!! She did such a wonderful job on the highlights in my hair for a second time, she was very helpful when I came in for my first appointment at Hairhouse Warehouse, when I asked questions, she was very supportive in providing me with a colour and hairstyle I’d be happy with. I could not recommend her services enough, she is a lovely friendly face to have a chat to, while she does a FABULOUS job transforming your hair!
