Dr J Kelly is a blessing. Very grateful to have found an empathetic GP that is kind, especially when I’m not a fan of going to the doctors. All the ladies at reception have also always been really really lovely. A good practice and recommend.

Dr Yohan Lewis was exceptional taking care of a bad wound my mum had on her leg that could have been skin cancer and needed to be removed. We trusted him as he is really knowledgeable and He removed the lesion from her leg and took all the necessary steps to ensure the wellbeing and safety of my mum. Really grateful.

Dr Jack Jiang is one of the best doctors I have seen. He is thorough, patient and has genuine care for his patients. From the moment you walk into the practice, you are greeted with smiles and professionalism.

This was my first visit as a patient to this practice. Very friendly, professional and comprehensive service. Other services Pathology eg all under one roof. Results were phoned through to me same day. Dr folliwed up. Very personalized service and attentive Dr.

Physiotherapist Rod Ingram is very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and informative.
He has made me feel confident in being able to manage my knee issue and he has encouraged me to maintain a good exercise regime in order to improve my knee mobility while also offering suggestions and affirming those exercises that I do already.
Rod has made me feel very comfortable when giving me a great knee massage with some fantastic massage gel.
Thanks to Rod for the care he has shown me with my knee issue.

The Dr I saw was warm and thorough. The reception staff were friendly and helpful and everything was sent online beforehand to speed things up when you got there. I would recommend this medical practice on my dealings for todays appointment.

My family has been attending this practice for around 8 years. Our GP, Dr Caroline Tezjan is the most thorough and compassionate doctor I have ever come across.
The centre is welcoming, modern and clean. Having the pathology there is handy and usually readily available.

All staff (doctor and receptionists/admin) were super friendly and professional. I don’t go often to doctors and even as a first time patient they were able to fit me in when needed and made my overall experience a great one. Would highly recommend.

Very fast a friendly. Best part is that you can book appointment and they keep to them unlike another medical center in Dee why where you have to wait 3 hour. Stress free!

The efficiency from the reception to being seen by a Doctor is always perfect! I've never had any issue with anything at this medical centre. Reception is always polite and Drs are genuine people who actually listen and help.

Have been coming here for many years. Staff are very friendly and professional. I have recently moved to the Newcastle/Hunter region of NSW, approximately 2.5 hours from Dee Why.
I continue to come here and will continue to do so.
A special mention to Dr Michael Wallace for being a great Doctor that cares, listens and is easy to talk regarding any medical conditions you might have or don't understand.

I have attended this Medical Center for 6+ years now and it's just great. Dr Jones is an awesome and extremely thorough doctor.

I had COVID like symptoms so I was put in an isolation room, which was a small, quiet room. The doctor then saw me in that room and everything went well. The doctor was great, explained things very well and provided a doctor's certificate. The reception was also very lovely, had no issues at all. Underground parking which is free for a few hours is also great, and the medical centre is right Infront of the escalator.

Always have a great experience when I go to the DY Family Medical Center. Online booking is easy as we head into this overly complicated technical world. Staff are friendly and my doctor always shows a genuine interest in why I am there and suggestions about extended health matters.

Friendly and efficient staff. Always able to get an appointment. Doctors are helpful and supportive, examinations are thorough. Felt well looked after.

I have been receiving care from this medical centre for over 10 years and have always felt completely well looked after. The administration staff are all lovely and all the doctors and nurses and dentists, I have dealt with over that time, are perfectly professional.
