Always an amazing experience when going into this store. The team is very informative and provides great service. They ensure the athlete gets the best shoes for their needs.

Consistently patient, friendly and attentive service by all staff members (and security guard). There’s clearly a good rapport amongst staff and I always find what I’m after. Good stock of full price + sale items too. My go to Nike store.

After speaking to several customer service reps and different store in Melbourne I was absolutely stunned with the poor customer service I was receiving until I contacted the chapel st store and spoke to Lou. He was clear with his communication and had great product knowledge. He was able to resolve my query within minutes! Nike needs to hire more staff like Lou!

Great service and honestly just good advice with fitting shoes. Much better than the corporate stuff all the other stores and brands spit out. Get some good shoes at Nike Chappel st.

I recently received the most exceptional service from Nike, after the insistence of their staff at their Chapel Street store. They went out of their way to make sure that my faulty shoes were replaced and didn't make me feel uncomfortable in the slightest. The only reason i returned my shoes is because i have such love for the Metcon range and wanted to continue to wear them, so i was delighted they looked after me by replacing them. My new shoes are fabulous and so well appreciated. Long may good service like this continue, but dare i say, it's only likely if we continue to buy in-store and support our fellow locals.

A big thank you to Lou who was so helpful and understanding it was just incredible. I had an issue with a pair of shoes, he returned them and found me the right pair. If only all customer service was this good. I will definitely keep shopping there and tell all our friends about the great experience. 5 star all the way!

Fantastic service!! Rang to check if they had Pegasus turbo 2 in and spoke with John, polite, friendly knew the product. Needless to say I headed in and between John and David I ended up with epic flyknit and the most awesome knowledgeable just down right friendly and the best service I’ve had in a long time. Keep it team already ran 20km in the week since I got them. Legends. Erik.

The staff here are really friendly and welcoming even the security guy on the door was great. The person i was served by was really knowledgable and while they didnt have the items i wanted, provided with me with alternatives which i ended up buying. Great experience all round.

Really good service - I had an issue with a new pair of shoes, and the staff were super helpful, understanding, and friendly. At no point did they try to do anything but ensure I was happy with my purchase. They genuinely put the customer first, and as a result I will shop there for all my new Nike shoes.

Bought some items but sadly didn't look as good when I got back to the hotel so made the trip back to return the products. I made the wrong assumption that refunds would be ok but it turned out the store policy is for exchanges or credit. Disaster as I was leaving Melbourne next day....but...the manager very very kindly gave us the refund...the best part was I didn't even ask as it was my fault for not reading their return policy. I said we were leaving and going all the way back to S. Korea and he went out of his way to refund the entire amount. Thank-you for the great service and offering first to help us out!

I have been to my fair share of Nike stores over the years. However Chapel street Nike store has by far the most impressive customer service I have come across. The manager and his staff are extremely knowledgeable and helped me select the best shoes for my style of running. I had a negative experience at another Nike store where I ended up with the incorrect size and shoe for my distance of running, and the manager here went out of his way to help - despite the store being privately owned. His staff spent half an hour with me discussing each shoe at length, and I have been so pleased with my purchase. I couldn't recommend this place more if you're looking for expert advice.

Friendly staff, a huge and constantly changing range, great service and a clean, bright store. Always an excellent shopping experience, the owner works every day alongside his staff and really does care about his customers. Retail needs more people like this.

Bought a pair of Metcon 4s here a month ago and was unhappy with the wear and tear in a short period of time, as the sole was ungluing. The customer service when I returned to chat to the manager was excellent. They inspected the shoes and agreed that the wear was unacceptable, replacing them with a brand new pair.
