We were expecting to grill our own meat, but the staff looked after all the grilling
Best thing ever!
Even though we had a number of people look looking after the grill, everyone was attentive, making sure all meat put on there was cooked to perfection.
The Tteokbokki was so soft & delicious.
Will happily go there again

Had a really good night here, food was flavourful, atmosphere was great and the service was amazing! Our waitress/server was really lovely she made our night that much more enjoyable! Will definitely be back 😄

Today, I had the pleasure of dining at BBQK, a delightful barbecue restaurant. The highlight of my experience was the exceptional service provided by Uki, our server. Her recommendations were spot-on, each dish tantalizingly delicious and perfectly seasoned. Not only did she expertly assist us with grilling the meat, but she also frequently checked in to ensure our dining experience was nothing short of perfect. Her attentive and warm service significantly enhanced our meal, making it a memorable and delectable experience.

At first I gave this place 5 stars to get a free drink but now we are updating our review because it really was one of the best Korean BBQ places we have visited in Melbourne. We ordered the pork set and added beef bulgogi. The staff were so attentive and friendly, cooking our meat and making sure our sides were topped up. Great value for money. Special shout out to the main front of house guy (maybe Tony - had a very surprising Aussie accent) - absolute legend!!

What a wonderful experience! The food was cooked perfectly . Everything was so delicious. The waiters were gracious and friendly happily answering questions as they prepared the food. Highly recommended!

Great spot for KBBQ with excellent food and service! If you don't want to cook your own food, staff will do it for you and they are always so attentive. So it's perfect if you prefer to spend your time eating and socialising with friends without worrying about cooking!

We enjoyed all the food here and thought the prices were very reasonable!

Fantastic dining experience - the staff were friendly, food was cooked perfectly and tasted phenomenal. Highly recommend the the wagyu beef set! The staff cook the food for you so you can sit back and enjoy the company of your fellow diners. Very generous portions, we’ll definitely be back!

Went there on a Friday night and it was packed so remember to book. Staffs were nice and they helped you cook, they put this little card says ‘wait’ on the grill when we requested to wait for us to finish what we were eating before continue cooking.
Highly recommend their Wagyu Oyster Blade, it melts in your mouth! The pancake was really crispy, would recommend too!
Also love that it wasn’t too smokey in the restaurant.
Would come back again 🙂

Ordered the wagyu set with king prawns and the food was amazing. Great attentive service , cooking the wagyu for us perfectly . Friendly and fun staff .

First time dinning here and the service and food was amazing. The staff was friendly, very helpful and they even cook the bbq meat for you to eat. Affordable prices and our family had the Wagyu beef set menu with a few extra food on the side (angus boneless beef ribs, pork belly, corn cheese @ dessert). We ended up so full and satisfied. Keep up the great job guys and we are definitely coming back again!

Calling this my favourite Korean BBQ restaurant in Box Hill!! They serve excellent quality meat and seafood , as well as authentic Korean dishes.
Staff are very friendly and cook the meat to your preferences. Set menus are available or you can order from their a la carte menu. 🔥🥩

Still thinking about the soft tender and marbling meat . OMG the oysters are a must order. The oysters were so refreshing and the raspberry sorbet made it even tasty.

Food was high quality for the price, great service and really nice atmosphere, this is my favourite kbbq in the whole of Melbourne. I recommend the Korean Fried chicken, mandoo dumplings, and tteokbokki (might be a bit spicy for people with a medium to low spice tolerance). Definitely come here if you get the chance to.

Staff service excellent.
Food quality, lacked flavour compared to try the first two times I was there.
However, felt rushed to finish my meal. Also staff were cleaning the exhaust fan while we were still eating. NOT a good experience. Made everyone feel uncomfortable.
As a result, unlikely to be returning.

All tables are professionally waited, with staff taking the stress out of the meal by cooking and making sure you enjoy your food is cooked authentically.

There is lots of good ventilation and the view of Whitehorse road is great at night.

All meats are fresh and delicious. Their combination bbq set is enough for 2 persons. Service deserved a 5 stars.
