I trained here for two casual sessions. A well equipped gym that allows you to do everything. Mostly Techno gym and Hammer Strength, good free weights section including a lifting platform with bumper plates. Very happy with the place and I will be back during any future visits to Byron.

Good gym, not too busy, lots of equipment though it's getting on a bit and the dumbells, barbells and some equipment handles are a bit rusty. Visited as a casual for $25 which seems to be the standard. Bring a towel.

I'm unsure of some of the negative feedback here on Google, but this is the best gym in the area I've attended. With the recent upgrades, its gone to a truly next level and earns 5 stars from me and why I've decided to write a review now. Equipment and facilities are well maintained. I don't do any classes but I'm very content working out and is never busy when I go. Plenty of parking and easy flow with an owner who knows her attendants and makes it feel like the local business it is and not the typical franchised alternatives that are all about making money and no concern for the clientele. Thanks for the last 3 years!

A great gym, friendly & helpful manager + lots of class options incl reformer pilates, making it is really well priced option in Byron Bay. Thoroughly recommend.

I Absolutely LOVE Belindas reformer pilates classes! i have had such an amazing experience in her classes as she pays special attention to beginners and she is very attentive and extremely motivating! in a few weeks i have really progressed in my form . I love her dynamic and fun classes and she always pushes us the extra mile.

The staff genuinely care about your individual needs!!! They are so attentive and listen carefully to what your health and fitness goals are; so they can adapt a program to truly best achieve your goals!!!

The service is sensational.

The equipment is state of the art. The classes are made so enjoyable by the fitness instructors!

Last but not least; I love the infrared sauna; what a great way to enhance your training, improve your well being and rejuvenate after a hard day at work!

I cannot give the place enough praise. The equipment is fantastic and the staff always go above and beyond to make me feel welcome! They are so friendly. The recent renovations just go to show how committed the gym is to catering to the needs of the whole community. There is heaps of parking available and the outdoor functional fitness area is amazing.

I do a lot of cardio so I really enjoy the large range of cardio equipment – there’s lots of machines, and they seem quite new and in good condition. They have recently had a renovation and it looks great. The gym itself is very clean and the staff are helpful. It’s definitely the biggest gym in the area and in my opinion worth the membership.

Every time I come to Byron I go to this gym. Great, highly maintained equipment - everything you need for a complete work out, great clean facilities, plenty of parking and great prices for casual visits. In my interactions, the staff have always gone above and beyond in terms of customer service. I can't fault this gym and I would highly recommend it to anyone living in, or travelling through Byron.

Awesome fully equipped gym... Super clean, friendly staff and a very good range of functional training options both in and outdoor. I only did weights, but checked out the class schedule and it looks super as well.

Best trainers! Best facilities! Staff are friendly and professional. I’ve trained in Body Pump classes in a variety of cities and countries and Bodyworx is the best by far. We have so much fun!

Great gym, wide range of modern equipment in good condition. Heaps of daily group classes included within the membership.
