Found plenty of parking, pricing is up there and the one thing no one mentions is that everything is on the right hand side. Kind of important when it gets busy.

Do not get a monthly parking spot here as their inept machine and/or carpark manager freely lets as many cars come in, so that the parking bay that *you already paid for* is taken by somebody else. They do however, have all these 'reserved' signs that nobody parks in - if you take it you get told by the carpark manager that you've parked illegally. What is illegal is that you take my money for a service that *you then DO NOT provide*.

I booked a spot for full day but when I got there, there was no space, security told me to park in another Wilson Parking, I said but I needed to be on this spot that's why I booked, then he let me out, I had to park on the street, how inconvenient. I have also enquired for monthly parking and they have taken more than 4 days to respond to my request, is this Service Mr Wilson Parking? Please don't treat your customers in this way.

They close at 7pm, despite allowing you to book and Park at any hour within the 24 hour period.

The first time a person let me in.

The second time a person opened the gate to let me in, but I got stuck in the lift, ended up back on ground floor and outside as I tried to reach the person again, it was mumbled crackled and no one answered.

I tried again no answer.

There's 24 hour parking right behind this place for $2 less per day and I have never had an issue.

So I'm now on the train and I'll pick up my car tomorrow on Saturday if they're open. Else I'll have to wait until Monday.

This is a complete joke.

Appalling service from wilson parking.. i paid for my ticket at max daily rate and proceeded to my car. I had trouble starting it and took about 10mins to rrach the exit. They then made me the parking fee again to get out of the carpark..

Not high enough clearance for big cars
