Hello, my name is Pragnesh Patel. Currently, I am studying Kitchen Management at AHMI.

I want to share my experience with you all and tell you that today I am in 4th semester and when I started studying, I did not even have a job. But here I am called Sir, he is our Mr. Mohsin Hossain supported or motivated me a lot by sharing his experience. No matter how much I say about him, it will be less but he showed me a path that I can never forget. He told me how to manage my life. You can gain a little in each of their classes if you want.

I have deep respect for a sir who has such passion and wants to see his students succeed.

Or he not only teaches you about your subject but he also teaches your life lessons. I am very happy that I am his student. At last, I would like to say that your Guru (Teacher) is very important in changing your life. The name will also be written, Mr. Hossain Mohsin.

I am an alumnus of AHMI and I have had the privilege of studying there from the past few months. During my time at AHMI, I have had the opportunity to be a part of a vibrant and challenging learning environment. The faculty at AHMI is highly qualified and experienced. Special Mohsin Sir, he have good knowledge in his industry. I am a cookery student and I’m Mohsin Sir’s student and I have learned allot from him. Mohsin Sir have always been willing to go the extra mile to ensure that his students are able to learn and grow.

The institute also has a wide range of extracurricular activities that allow students to explore their interests and develop new skills

It has been a superior time with Mr Mohsin sir who’s techniques of learning was not just fun but also very knowledgeable and interesting.Not only he makes practical fun but also a theory part. His nature is so understanding to each and everyone.
The institute provides any facilities you can name. The staff is very polite and helpful. The whole team make sure that whole institute is clean and neat for us students to use.

MOHSIN sir goes above and beyond to ensure that we grasp the intricacies of kitchen management, always willing to explain concepts patiently and clearly. He guides us with the expertise of a mentor while making us feel comfortable, just like a friend.

I Couldn't stop myself to share my experience till now. Its an amazing & best place to study Hospitality course over here. I have started my course with very nervous attitudes. I Became very comfortable now with the guidance of My sir.

I Must say most key person in my Course is our Respected MOHSIN Sir who guides us each & every aspect of our study. MOHSIN sir breakdown our topic in easy way with his magic technique weather if it is theory or Practicals. MOHSIN SIR make our classes enjoyable with fun learning technique & we never get bored.

I love AHMI- from the professors to students to the interesting curriculum. My experience with AHMI has been exceptional. My professor- Mohsin truly invested in my education and growth. We have prepared 64 mouth watering recipes and still counting, it makes me excited to attend class. I have gained a lot of knowledge while having fun in the class.

*What is AHMI about?

Well even I wasn't aware of AHMI but when I meet one of our family friend and a person very familiar with AHMI Dr. Bharatbhai Gadhvi, He introduced AHMI to me and he I got excited to know more about the courses offered by AHMI. To my surprise I got to know that AHMI have lots of trade course.

Back home (India) I have completed my MBA and was a student of Charted Accountant (CA) but I was much interested to learn more about my passion of cooking and was looking forward to it. Luckily through few reasearch I got to know that AHMI have best hospitality course in Sydney.

So I got enrollment in CIV in Kitchen Management in October, 2022 and still studying.

What I liked more about the courses. Well I am very happy to share that AHMI offers
* Very well equipment self-owned Kitchen.
* Our lecturer Mr. Hossain Mohsin is such an experienced person that he makes the learning part so easy whether it is theoretical or the practical learning. Apart from the curriculum activity, he guides us on how to move further in our life with the course we have selected.
* Other Staff members at office are also very helpful an supportive.

So I recommend to go with AHMI for sure.

I don’t usually write reviews for some reason but this is an exemption. I’m currently studying in Kitchen Management at this school and to say that I’m thrilled to be here is an understatement. Friendly faculty and staff, accomodation and equipments are pretty decent, very affordable and suitable for working student like me. I’d give a 10-star rating if i could, but I can only give 5 max. CHEERS!

Been studying here for almost 10 months and i would say I've been learning a lot of things. Im taking up cert IV of kitchen management. Choosing this course was the best thing I ever did in my life. I never thought that cooking would become my passion. Looking forward to improve my skills in cooking with the help of our amazing professor mohsin 🫰🏻

My experience with AHMI Collage and Mohsin Sir has been very positive. The quality of teaching is top-notch and the faculty members are very helpful and supportive. I would highly recommend this school. Most important is our instructor Sir Mohsin, he was excellent, guiding us through techniques and the process of making the dishes. The skills took us through the preparation, the process of putting the dishes together, and special cooking techniques. And i will definitely apply it when i become a qualified chef.

Hi, My name is Monika I am currently student of hospitality management in Australian health and management institute, North parramatta. I have been studying in this college since November 2021.I have an amazing experience of studying here.

If I talk about the teaching staff, they all are professionals in their field and have in depth knowledge. Mr. Hossain Mohsin is one of the best teacher I have ever seen in my student life. Sir MOHSIN break down the harder part of our Units topic so smoothly in our classes for our better understanding which
Makes us very easy to understand. He is of the Hospitality pro, we can follow as a role model to explore ourself in the Hospitality Industry. Hi to all. My name is shivam from batch 13. I’m pursuing my Kitchen Management course from AHMI college. Here I want to express my beautiful journey with this college.

Firstly, I want to thanks Mr. Sanjeev sir who is CEO our college as they provide the best equipments, materials to the students to learn and gain the practical knowledge fully. As per the class schedule we learned everyday something new which helps to all overseas students for their upcoming challenges we have to face in our career path. I’m studying this college from last 11 months and I directly came to this from India. So, this specify how the goodlevel of college is this.

Last but not the least, my instructor Mr. Mohsin Hossain sir who everytime motivates their student and give him 100% to provide the better quality of education. And even the practical time he’s make sure everyone should learn properly for their better future. Even their some old students took the placement in very reputed restaurants and hotels as a head chef’s and commi chef’s. So I’m very grateful and humble that I’m a part of this college.
