Last Saturday (6pm 30 July 2022), in the shopping centre carpark, I found my bag and wallet was lost. I was mad and went back to search and hoped I was lucky. At the Tongli casher, the friendly lady was waiting for me and told me she found my bag and kept it in the counter for safe. What a great day! Thank you Tongli and your good people!

I bought a box of snack from this store which I couldnt eat because it tasted too old even though it still had 5 days til expiry date. When I took it back to the store and asked for a refund they offered me a prompt refund

Tongli is probably the biggest Chinese mart in Sydney. The one in Burwood is a bit small comparing to its Eastgardens or Rhodes counterparts but it still provides a lot of Chinese food, sauce and kitchen necessities. Comparing to a few other Chinese groceries in the area, Tongli has a larger variety of products in more competitive prices.

Great place with a wide variety of asian products for sale. Staff are friendly and most are able to speak fluent English so communication wasn't an issue. Great place to stop by when on a weekly shopping trip in the area.
