Hands down to Chef Cameron and his lovely wife (forgive me I didn’t catch your name) we were served by his wife’s super lovely and professional. We were also waited by several friendly staffs and they all took their time to explain every dishes.
I won’t go into details on each dish, you’ll have to come here to know how every dish just WHOA you ! It’s a whoa factor that all the flavor dancing in your mouth using local ingredients. We were lucky to have dined in here with the beautiful sunset. It’s a pop up restaurant and if you read this review you gotta book ASAP !

We enjoyed a fabulous lunch at Winston's. Both the food and service were excellent. We chose the matched wines with the lunch; the sommelier did suggest a good wine which we were keen to try, but we opted the matched wines. The man on the table next door said the sommelier's suggestion was great - he gave us some of his to try! Each course was beautifully presented, with interesting flavours, textures and colours and we loved them all. The location is sublime over looking Noosa River.

Fabulous degustation experience. Food was superb as were drinks and service.

Cameron Matthews is genius. Can't be beaten. Must go!

Cameron is amazing

Overall, we have enjoyed our meals. The venue and the atmosphere were absolutely beautiful.
The staff was nice, well prepared and they were enjoying what they were doing on a busy Saturday night.
We had the 7 course degustation.
The slow cooked rib main was probably the hero, as well as the meringue dessert.

Great service throughout the night. Had an excellent dry Martini, loved the potato bread with Macadamia and saltbush dip. I didn't love some of the combinations of the individual dishes but everything was executed with absolute care and craftsmanship!
